This is the second time I have used Budget HVAC &Plumbing for two different issues I find their customer service to be top notch The technician who came out was professional, yet personable JR answered all my questions, and was very respectful of me and my home If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call Budget to come to my rescue

and parts free of charge and billed them back to the third-party company, American Home ShieldYour request to have a refund on the repairs and parts is something you'll have to take up with them as we do not have your money and never didUnfortunately your complaint is misplaced and needs to be directed at the third-party company involved, American Home Shield

Budget replaced our furnace and AC last year and this week replaced our garbage disposal We have found them to be very professional in handling our needs, and willing to correct anything that was not right We were extremely impressed with Jeremy and Joe and also found Amy and Ross to be very helpful

This company did a great job for us The Technician, Joe W***, was on time, very polite and professional He replaced our failed home water tank with a new one The company gave us a fair quote for the work and did not charge more I would definitely call them again

We apologize for the poor experience you had with us We do have a signed waiver detailing the work before hand it clearly states that due to the nature of this work breaks are sometimes a possibility and we are not held liable Furthermore we didn't charge full price for our work, after
being there two hours As for the repair you are entitled to dispute our price for a fix but our cost is simply that, our cost You choose to pay or you don't You chose not to pay which we respect your decision and accept that in that event we will lose the work to another contractor

My home warranty company utilizes Budget Air Condition and Heating as one of their service providerWhen I contacted my home warranty company recently and made a service claim for my air conditioner, I requested they use Budget as they had previously worked on my AC unit I was very fortunate to have the same technician, ***, make my most recent service call, as he was the tech that made a service call the previous year In both visits, *** was professional and took the time to answer all of my questionsI am recent new home owner, so I had more than just a few questions during each visitI appreciate ***'s patience with me and his genuine interest in making sure I understood exactly what he was explaining In addition to the technician, I received phone calls from *** at the Budget Office informing me of the timeline for the tech's visitShe contacted me the day I filed the service claim and twice on the day of service I am very pleased with Budget's service

I was assigned a home warranty repair on my furnace from Budget Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing Everyone I spoke with were very courteous and the repair was made in a very timely manner Klint was assigned my repair and I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with his work performance I will definitely be using Budget in the future and recommend them highly

In reviewing this customer's information we will admit there were breakdowns in communications on our end.  "Noise in ductwork" is typically never a covered home warranty complaint.  We did fail to provide pricing to repair the complaint.  In regards to the commode:  During our...

initial visit, our plumber spent 30 minutes in the home repeatedly flushing the commode with no visible leak apparent.  Inevitably, after a final evaluation the commode was replaced although the tank to bowl gasket was overlooked and required a return for a final repair.  Our final plumbing visit was completed by our service manager and the $75.00 deductible was refunded.The breakdown in service on this complaint has been used as a coaching opportunity regarding warranty policies & coverages, and the customer need not worry about their home warranty sending us back to their home.
