We had the most amazing experience with this company. They were contracted by [redacted] to complete a job that another company was assigned 7-months prior. [redacted] came on a Friday to review the existing concern, he was efficient and knowledgeable. The company obtained the AC unit and [redacted] installed it the following Friday. Folks, we had waited 7-months with S[redacted] to complete this job!!!
We are so thankful to this conscientious company. You are the best Budget AC, Heating & Cooling!!!

I had a water heater go out on us and we got 3 bids on a new one. We were a little hesitant because they were $200 cheaper than the middle bid and almost $500 cheaper than the highest. we took a chance and couldn't be happier with their work. We will use them again if we have anymore issues.

We are truly sorry that you had a poor experience with our company.  However, the wait time is per [redacted]'s policy and when working through them we have to honor their policies.  The $480 was also decided on upon your contract with [redacted].  The air conditioner was fixed so...

we do have to up hold ours and your contract with [redacted].  We have reached out and offered a free clean and tune which we normally sell at $169 for your inconvenience, however unfortunately we can not offer a refund at this time.

I have been using Budget Heating,Cooling & Plumbing for the past two years and have an annual maintenance agreement with them for my AC and furnace. I highly recommend this company. Their technicians are very thorough and do not rush through the job. They are also very considerate of you and your home.
Ronnie R[redacted] is the technician that services my AC and you couldn't ask for anyone better. The price is right, the service is great and as always very dependable.

My experience was great from start to finish. Matt the plumber was a Godsend! He was courteous, professional and prompt! I had several issues and he handled each one without fail.

Good response time from the office. Service tech was a nice guy and knowledgeable.

He was very friendly and quick with the installation.

Budget was great in communicting when there tech would arrive also what was great they emailed a picture of the tech who would be showing up for the job

address.  Per home warranty guidelines all steps were properly taken.There has been much dispute between a Mr. [redacted], a realtor  and his home warranty company regarding this address.  None of the complaint listed here is a viable complaint against Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.
It is the responsibility of a warranty customer to understand their warranty procedures, not blame a local contractor.
All documented information & recorded conversations will be forwarded to our legal department for further review regarding defamation.

Matt L[redacted] replaced our sump pump which had stopped working. He also checked out back up battery system and advised on the cover and how to avoid musty sump pit odor.

The service tech arrived and immediately put on shoe protectors to walk across my floor. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour. He was very professional yet personal. Thank You.

My experience with Budget was uniformly positive, professional, and pleasant. The dispatchers and account coordinators explained my out of pocket costs very clearly, and JR, who did the plumbing work, was extremely pleasant to work with. I appreciate the service they provided, and I highly recommend them.

Ross came to give me a plumbing estimate for a remodeling job in my new home. Ross mentioned that I did not have a turn off valve for the fridge water line. I told him that my son had that issue this past weekend resulting in a leak in his home next door. I asked Ross if it was possible if Budget could do the repair for my son. He said that he could do the repair today after he was done with getting the estimate for me. I found Ross to be very professional and he represented his company very well.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your money back for the new system you have in your home. The warranty company covered most of the cost and your complaints lies with them. Your unit is up and running and cooling your home. We apologize you had to sit and wait in a hot home but that is in part due to the initial diagnosis, ordering parts and the warranty process.

Budget HVAC was great! Andrew came on time, diagnosed the problem and explained everything well. He then fixed it in timely fashion. We finally have A/C again! I would definitely recommend Budget to anyone out there.
