Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have saved all of the email responses from Enom regarding identification, on July 12, I emailed them: Here is the information requested I need to discuss this matter with an account representative I'm still not clear on why this was needed this was a relatively straightforward order.(Attached a color photocopy of my license and CC) On August 9th(almost a month later) they requested the information again as they lost it or were unable to find the emailAt this point I asked for an EPP code to transfer the domainAfter further resistance I contacted ICANN and they finally issued an EPP code to transfer one of my domainsThe other I am not able to access(even as of now)they tied me up for almost months It's simpleThey don't care about their retail customersthey are only interested in larger corporate accountsCaveat Emptor Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me on the condition that the monies are refunded to my account in a timely fashion prior to closing the complaintSincerely, [redacted]

I recommend Revdex.com to take strict actions against Enom and their fraud practices Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have received this complaint All attempts were made to resolve the issue in as quick a manner as possible, but certain configurations on the hosting account caused additional issues when attempting to make the changes This required additional escalation to our developers, which was given the highest priority, which was communicated with the customer Unfortunately a technical issue do not have specific time frames to resolveHowever, our agents and developers made every effort to resolve this as quickly as possible once it was discovered the issue needed to be escalated History of the issue shows that the was resolved earlier today We apologize for any inconvenience, and as compensation for the website resolution issue reported from 01/to 01/15, eNom has already provided a refund for month of service, which was credited back to the customer's card that was charged

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I wish that eNom, incwould have assigned the same level of urgency and provided some type (any) response and thus followed up with a similar action from at least one of my many complaints over the past weeks I would have hoped, in fact, for a similar response as I received here and not the one which I did eceived (zero - not even an acknowledgement) I also hope the eNom will train their support staff to take matters like this more seriously in the future, for example their staff should respond to customers with a positive action plan rather than stating "just hit the unsubscribe, otherwise we will need a court order" as I received when I phoned in.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, It appears that you or your client may have a trademark claim related to a domain name registered through Enom Enom adds no value as an intermediary in such disputes, neither are we typically in a position to adequately investigate such claims and pass judgment on the relative merits involvedThe Uniform Dispute Resolution Process (the "UDRP") has been created to address most of such circumstancesInformation regarding the UDRP is available at:http://www.enom.com/help/drp.asp or at:http://www.icann.org/udrp/ While the UDRP is more commonly used because most trademark holders believe it to be faster and less expensive, some claimants also avail themselves of judicial processes Enom regularly cooperates with both judicial and UDRP proceedingsIf you are or are going to pursue a claim against the registrant and you need to know Enom's location for purposes of USC 1125(d)(2)(A), we are located in King County, Washington State. Please contact us again as appropriate during your pursuit of a UDRP and/or court proceedingRegards,––––––––––––––––––––... Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Enom is acting in bad-faith when there is no personably identifiable contact information provided by enom Enom is acting in bad-faith when an agreement is unilaterally modified with no interactive process attempted to ascertain the other party's concerns would be for the modifications This condition was not stipulated when enom accepted my payment for hosting services I have other reserved and implied rights that enom is attempting to void by enom's sole and unprevoked actions.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I wouldn'e be complaining if the verification process had taken hours I have been trying to complete the verification process for OVER A WEEK and was asked to senf a copy of my id for verification days ago, which I did immeidately at that timeI have called repeatedly since then, only to be informed that the verification was 'still in process.' just called your customer service line for the 10th time today and was told that you could not verify my account because you the photograph on my id was not clear enoughAfter 10+ calls, you would think that someone else would have noticed this previouslyFurthermore, the rest of the id was clearly legible and additionally, this whole process should have taken hours start to finish, NOT over one week and still, a week later, unresolvedHow is it that there is a supervisor who can respond to the Revdex.com within hours yet no supervisor to pick up a customer phone call? Sincerely, [redacted]

We have received this complaint and reviewed the claims In reviewing this the claimant contacted our support team on 3/to unlock an account that hand been locked due to multiple failed attempts to access the account Because the account holder opted in for additional security, our support team is required by terms of service to complete a full validation of the requester before unlocking the account Our support teams took appropriate steps to request a current government issued photo ID, that high resolution that was uncropped We did not receive compliant documents until 04/ At which time the request was escalated to our verification team who approved the removal of the lock and reinstated access to the account Previous documents submitted to our support team that was deemed invalid included: Low Resolution Images where authenticity could not be verified, Expired Photo ID which is no longer valid

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is a Lie.24xsupport is not provided once an account is shut off.The security compromise was on their side not mine Their API has a security hole in it that allowed a malicious chinese person to change a "single domain" on our account No other accounts where affected So the customer is lying twice The second lie is they created a fictitious blame on me to cover their own security compromise We require a reimbursement of the single customers domain name to reach a reconciliation and close this complaint No exception.Sincerely, [redacted]
