Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I wish that eNom, inc. would have assigned the same level of urgency and provided some type (any) response and thus followed up with a similar action from at least one of my many complaints over the past weeks. I would have hoped, in fact, for a similar response as I received here and not the one which I did eceived (zero - not even an acknowledgement). I also hope the eNom will train their support staff to take matters like this more seriously in the future, for example their staff should respond to customers with a positive action plan rather than stating "just hit the unsubscribe, otherwise we will need a court order" as I received when I phoned in.Sincerely, [redacted]

3. I have other reserved and implied rights that enom is attempting to void by enom's sole and unprevoked actions.Sincerely,[redacted]

We have received this complaint and reviewed the claims. In reviewing this the claimant contacted our support team on 3/4 to unlock an account that hand been locked due to multiple failed attempts to access the account. Because the account holder opted in for additional security, our...
support team is required by terms of service to complete a full validation of the requester before unlocking the account.
Our support teams took appropriate steps to request a current government issued photo ID, that high resolution that was uncropped. We did not receive compliant documents until 04/03. At which time the request was escalated to our verification team who approved the removal of the lock and reinstated access to the account.
Previous documents submitted to our support team that was deemed invalid included: Low Resolution Images where authenticity could not be verified, Expired Photo ID which is no longer valid.
We have discussed this matter with the complainant and the transaction was refunded. If they wish to resolve the matter of account validation we can be reached at [redacted]@eNom.com
We have received the response. The original registration was reversed by our Risk Management team due to suspicious activity. The order was cancelled, and the customer refunded as a result. Since the issue has now been cleared by our Risk Management team, we have asked that the client re-register the domain name. However since our promotion period has expired, the client will need to follow up with us to request an adjustment on their new order so that they may receive the promotional pricing effected by the Risk Flag.
We have since informed the customer to resubmit the order, and respond to us with the order ID via ticket: [redacted] in order to receive their discount.
We already informed this customer previously, that they can contact us with an un-altered copy of their ID for verification. As of this time, we have not received a response with the requested documenation. As for the other claims, they have already been addressed in our previous response and to the review submitted by this person as well.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I wouldn'e be complaining if the verification process had taken 24 hours. I have been trying to complete the verification process for OVER A WEEK and was asked to senf a copy of my id for verification 5 days ago, which I did immeidately at that time. I have called repeatedly since then, only to be informed that the verification was 'still in process.' just called your customer service line for the 10th time today and was told that you could not verify my account because you the photograph on my id was not clear enough. After 10+ calls, you would think that someone else would have noticed this previously. Furthermore, the rest of the id was clearly legible and additionally, this whole process should have taken 24 hours start to finish, NOT over one week and still, a week later, unresolved. How is it that there is a supervisor who can respond to the Revdex.com within hours yet no supervisor to pick up a customer phone call?
Sincerely,[redacted]
Hello,There is insufficient information in this complaint for us to look up the issue in question. If the complainant can provide the domain name in question, we will be able to look into this further and investigate the matter on their behalf.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and even thought the issue is not actually addressed, other then the offer of me continuing to spend more time sorting it out, I will consider the issue resolved for now. In the future I will forward relevant spam to enom and federal trade commission. Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: On my credit card statement, It shows that the charge went through. Please refund my money immediately. Thank you.

We understand the circumstances surrounding the difficulty in providing us with the requested documents. From the response provided, the following would be the most acceptable alternative.
1. Notarized letter from Morris County, NJ stating that [redacted] Association has been having club meetings at their facility for many years. They have our current executive board on file and can list them in the letter.
This is because it includes the list of the executive board members, who we should include [redacted] 3rd. If he is not on the list of executive board members, we would also need the ID of one of the board members.
Hello, we apologize for the unfortunate experience. We are taking this incident very seriously and have specifically taken steps to educate the agents in question. We apologize for any inconvenience, as our goal is to provide a path to a solution for all customers who contact our support...
team for assistance. In reviewing the case, we see that the account has been cancelled by a support agent who was providing support via a ticket earlier today. We have also refunded the recent order for the Hosting Renewal as it was not intended to be renewed. Please follow up on the ticket if additional support is required.
Hello,We have reviewed the complaint, however, our records show that all 7 years of webhosting that was purchased was refunded. The orders for 3 of the years were not initially processed successfully, but a full refund was later completed on 08/04/2015. The complainant is advised to...
check their bank records to confirm that 3 refunds of 71.52 was credited back to their account around 08/04/2015
Our support team is available 24/7. When you initially contacted them, and reported the account as compromised, they locked down the account in order to secure it. When an account is compromised, the account is locked so no further action can be taken within the account and this also secures all items within the account from further changes or loss. After which, our support team instructed you to contact our Account Help department. That department is not 24/7, and the issue was resolved with them. Furthermore, this matter was resolved within 3 days, not 2 weeks as claimed. The issue was reported on Friday, 9/18/2015, and resolved the following Monday 9/21/2015.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This image was not altered you can clearly see the information that can be matched in my account and the system. You can clearly see that it is a valid NJ licences you can clearly see my picture. I even gave them links to my sites and blogs that have my picture.
I encourage the Revdex.com to signup with enom.com and obsurve the system. I was asked the security question automatically and failed to record the answers I put in place.
Question Why do they need to see my DOB (date of birth) ? Furthermore the domains have nothing to hack or steel there is nothing on them as I didn't even get a chance to do anything with them.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
