Hello,Thank you for letting us know of your current situation. As you reported your account as being compromised there is a review procedure that is currently underway.Thank you for providing the needed Identification documents, you will hear back from us soon

Enom has the poorest customer service I can rememberAfter registering my domains I was locked out of my account without explanationI was prompted to send proof of Identity and I did but heard nothing from them so I tried connecting with an account service rep that could help meDespite speaking to half a dozen service reps, not one could provide any additional information about why my account was locked and I was never reimbursed for the domains I paid for but couldn't accessThey tied up a domain I had registered for my business for over months with no explanation or information as to whyI have nothing to gain by following up on this matter other than to help others avoid getting ripped offJust avoid Enom there are much better domain registry companies that value their customers

We have resolved the outstanding balance with the customer and consider this matter resolved

Hello, Thank you very much for your notificationAfter researching this matter, we have found that Enom, LLConly provides domain name registration for publicrecords.directoryWe are not the webhost, internet service provider, or administrator for the reported domainGiven that we are not the
webhost for the reported domain, the allegedly infringing material identified in your notification does not reside on eNom’s serversAccordingly, we do not have the technical ability to remove or disable specific items of objectionable contentAgain, due to the limited technical sphere in which eNom operates, we do not believe that we are the correct party to contact regarding this matter. In this instance, we suggest that you contact the party operating the website or the party hosting the website to have this matter properly resolvedA "ping" of the website you indicated often reveals the IP address of the party which probably hosts this websiteYou may then use https://www.ultratools.com/tools/ipWhoisLookup or another similar tool to identify this partyThank you again for your report, and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questionsRegards, Enom Lake Washington Blvd Suite Kirkland, WA

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have been working with the company since early June to try to resolve this, repeatedly taking every step they say is necessary and they repeatedly claim that either they have not received the copy of my license to prove my identity or they claim that I have run it through PhotoshopThis seems to be a common ploy on their part to deny people access to the domain names that they legally own
The case number assigned to this issue by eNom is Incident: *** The domain name is ***.comThe most recent time that I sent the copy of my license was on July 29th which has been completely ignored on their partI expect to be granted full access to an account to control the domain name, which I have legally owned for over years and expect that they will remove the clientTransferProhibited status code.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have sent Enom several examples of the spam I'm receiving and have heard nothing back from themI continue to receive several spam emails from different domain name owners each dayI would like the name and contact information, including a phone number, for someone in charge with whom I can discuss the problem I'm having. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is non-sense reply again these illiterates and lazy employees have no sense of viewing and verifying the identification of national id card documentsThe same bluff response again from EnomIf they have any doubts they can do a video call and see the same national id card on cameraThey are completely saying non-sense things again and againThey have to prove me now how these documents are photo shoped? Do they want to hack my card because I keep the complete card digits blank which is my right and I do not want to give such fraud people my card details.Sincerely,*** ***

Hello,
We have issued a partial refund of $on your order number ***
Thank you,
Enom, Incorporated

Domain names when registered have an expiration date exactly the year to the date of the initial registration of the domain name If a domain name expires, Enom provides a courtesy grace period before the domain name is handed back to the registry (the administrator of a particular domain
extension), which is known as a Redemption Grace Period, which appears to be what the complaint refers to as "reactivation period." While Enom elects to provide the grace period for the domain owners at no additional charge, the Redemption Grace Period incurs a fee assessed by the Registry. The domain name ***.com, expired on 12/04/2016, and has passed the courtesy grace period to renew the domain name without additional charges Therefore, in order to recover the domain name, a fee must be paid to authoritative registry to recover the domain name Since this fee is assessed by the Registry it is out of Enom's ability to waive the fee in question The details of the life cycle of a domain name is listed in our Terms of Service at: http://www.enom.com/terms/agreement.aspx, as well as various help articles on our website at www.enom.com

This customer has also contacted Enom from within their direct account with us. The service charge they mention has now been cancelled and the order refunded in full, per the direct account request. A direct response to the customer has been sent via their account, no further action or
follow up is needed. Best Regards

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because for a dozen reasons. For starters they fail to see what I am asking, I don't want my account with them backI want the domains to be transferred to another registrarTo do that they need to provide me with an EPP (authorization key) so I can verify ownershipThey changed my whois info so they no longer have the same email as the account that purchased themThey did this to prevent me from easily transferring themWith out the Epp I have to file a form with Icann that takes to much time."In order to become an ICANN-accredited Registrar, the Registrar must enter into a contract with ICANN, referred to as the Registrar Accreditation Agreement or the RAA." - Registrant Rights and Responsibilities Under the Registrar Accreditation AgreementAccording to that agreement they can not hold my domains or stop a transfer unless the charge-back had to do with those specific domains and it did not. https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/policy-2012-03-07-enAs for the rest of their response: I had contacted them a dozen times about the original charge a year priorI was under the impression it was delt withThe agent at the time even said I will get my money back in days, but that never happenedThen the same domain I never purchased drops back into my account and renewsMind you it's a $domain billing for $the first year and $the second, that alone should be a red flag, yet enom did not respond to my phone calls or emailsI did make many attempts to settle with them prior to contacting my bankWhen they did not respond, I turned to my bank, Bank of AmericaThey too gave enom many chances to fix thisHowever they did nothing or even respond to the inquary until my bank awarded me my claim, that a fraudulant act had been made on my account.Another miss spoken point from enom was in claiming that the credit card number used to purchase the domain in the first place and credit card number used renew the domain are the sameThey where not and could not have beenNot just because I had it changed the first faudulant purchase, but also had it changed again in September when I lost my wallet at the parkThe new card was charged because I keep my accounts currant and up to date, so of course enom had my most currant credit card on record
