Bulkregister.com Reviews (167)

Hello, Thank you very much for your notification. After researching the domain, we have found that eNom, Inc. only provides domain name registration for this customer. We are not the webhost, internet service provider, or administrator for usacomplaints.com.   Given that we are not...

the webhost for the domain, the material identified in your notification does not reside on eNom’s computer servers.  Accordingly, we do not have the technical ability to remove or disable specific items of objectionable content.
Again, due to the limited technical sphere in which eNom operates, we do not believe that we are the correct party to contact regarding this matter.  In this instance, we suggest that you contact the party operating the website or the party hosting the website to have this matter properly resolved. A "ping" of the website you indicated often reveals the IP number of the party which probably hosts this website. You may then use http://arin.net or another similar tool to identify this party.
Regards,

Enom is currently undergoing changes in our Customer Support system, and sincerely apologize for any delays in responding to requests.  We have responded to the client's request with the additional information needed to verify and fulfill their request. Because the request came through an...

unverified contact, the client has been asked to reply to the email with an unedited color photo quality image of a government-issued photo ID for verification, we will be able to assist you by sending the transfer authorization code, and unlock the domain for transfer for you. The ID must match the person listed on the Registrant Contact. If it is under an organization, government approved documents listing authorized officers, and a photo ID of one of the listed officers will need to be provided. This is required to verify ownership of the domain name before we can release it.

This customer's account was reported as compromised and locked down by our Support department.  The issue was then forwarded to Account Help for resolution, which is our standard procedure.  Our Support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The Account Help...

department is only available during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.  In the case of this issue, the customer was not informed that Account Help would not be able to respond until Monday morning.  Thus this complaint was submitted. At this time, we have already worked with Mr. [redacted] and restored access to his account.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:it took a week to escalate the case, after the first two fixes did not work it should have been moved to the "experts".  i am still having bounce backs.Sincerely,[redacted]

We have received the report provided by the customer.  In researching the issue, we found that initial contact regarding this domain was received on 04/02.  However, the customer was unable to provide sufficient supporting document to prove that they are in fact the listed owner with...

authorization of the domain name.Because domain names are recognized as virtual property, eNom takes the security of the domain name very seriously.  Therefore we requested the following documents before we are able to turn over the domain name to a customer request made via unverified Public Channels.1. Articles of Incorporation/Business License/Certificate of Organzation listing an officer associated2. An ID of an authorized officer listed on the business document. What we received so far is an ID, and an FCC license.  This was received on 04/21, and sent to our verification team for verification. This can take 24 to 48 business hours to complete. We have determined that the FCC license does not provide sufficient proof of ownership and authority to make the requested ownership change.  Our research shows that the business entity is listed as a [redacted] on the documents we've been provided, therefore the appropriate Articles of Incorperation would certainly provided the necessary verification.

Hello,
We have received this complaint.  A review of our logs, we show that the required documents were received and approved on 06/13/2016.  At that time the email address on the account was updated as requested, and the login information sent to that address.  The additional...

security measure was also disabled as requested.
The login information was also resent again yesterday on 06/19 at the request of the account holder to the email address at yahoo.com.  If this is not a valid email address, then the customer is requested to update the email thread with our support team who has already completed the validation of their information.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They did not reply my ticket. They nor did send me any mail that my promo has been restored with my account. However they are informing here that they have contact with me to restore the promo, but they didn't. I already opened a ticket "Incident: [redacted]" they are not replying to it. Also I informed risk department to reactivate my order, they did not response to my mails since last 48 hours after account restoration.
Also in complain response you informing that the account was under fraud check. But you did not send any mail, nor I was notified. Moreover you have removed my order without a single notification. This is illegal business practice and kind of scam with customer. Not a single Registered Business Provider has the rights to remove customer order for fraud check without single email or, phone notification. Moreover after submitting the documents my order was removed, and you charged illegally $39.99 for the same domain. Also in Revdex.com responses you are telling lie that I was informed by support team for promotional code. May I know what is the issue behind these illegal activities? Sincerely,[redacted]
