Hello,
We have had multiple conversations with the customer and have responded in seven different emailsThe customer has refused to verify their provided information and due to that we have chosen not to return access to the accountBut have provided transfer codes to them to take their
business elsewhereThere are also notes on the account that the customer has been abusive to our technical support staff in multiple instances. We have done our best to work with them but their abuse of staff and refusal to verify provided information has tied our hands. Let us know if we can assist any further.
Regards,
Risk Management

The account was reported as compromised, and locked in order to preserve the account assets We then when through a review process in order to verify account ownership, this ensures the proper return of the account to the rightful owner We do regret that the verification process did
take longer than most, but we show this matter was resolved today, 3/10/ Furthermore, we have received confirmation from the owner that this matter is resolved as well (shown below). "Dear Sir, Thank you so much for communicating and working with me on unlocking my account.Your understanding for the urgency of this issue is so appreciated, and your swift reply is greatly valued.Allow me to also offer my apologies if any bothering resulted from over contacting support either by mail or phone. As recommended I changed the required credentials and activated both account validation and Two Factor Verification.Sincerely it’s such a big relief after all the frustration and worries, and with all my heart I thank you and all the team at ENOM for your patience and cooperation. Best Regards*** ***

The registration of the domain name *** is restricted by the *** *** Therefore, after the order was submitted, it was rejected by the Registry The client was not charged for this order because the registration was not completed A credit card authorization was
processed at the time the order was submitted, but no charge was placed The authorization should be credited back to the client by their bank, as the card was not charged

Hello,
We have been in contact with this customerWe have attempted to explain, that while he did receive an automated confirmation of purchase when the order was completed on his end

We have reviewed this complaint The account the complainant inquired about is currently locked due to repeated failed attempts to access account, which had an optional secondary level of security that was enabled at the account holders request
Due to the increase of social engineering and
sophistication that we as a company encounter, we take account security very seriously This is why Enom offers additional security that can be opted into by the account holder, such as adding additional security questions, or factor authentication When enabled by the account user, Enom is obligated by our agreement to verify any requests before removing these locks if the customer is unable to answer the security questions they setup, or via factor authentication
The verification process includes, but are not limited to:
An uncropped, unedited, color scan of a Government issued photo ID, with all parts of the ID Visible
The verification of the requesting party by calling and emailing the contact information on the account
As per our terms of service, we ask that all contact information on the account and the domain name to be valid and accurate at all times, as invalid contact information could result in the loss of your domain name as per ICANN regulations At this time under our obligations to the account holder, we ask the proper documents be submitted so that we may be able to assist them

Hello,If you are the domain owner please contact our customer service team at ***@Enom.com.Please expect and be able to provide verification information to prove you are the listed owner of the domain.Depending on the domains current status, there are options we can provide to you that do
not require years of service. You may also wish to review our Domain Registration Agreement: https://www.enom.com/terms/agreement.aspx We are looking forward to hearing from you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I believe that greed is the reason that almost all the spam I've been receiving is from domain names registered through eNomI think that eNom is more interested in the money it makes selling domain names than it is in routing out the serial spammers it helps facilitate by repeatedly selling them domain namesI still continue to receive spam on a daily basis and the vast majority of it comes from eNom registered domain namesThere are many online complaints about eNom and the spam coming from its domain name registrants. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
We have the original Article of Incorporation from 1958. There are five people listed on that document, 4 of which are deceased. The only surviving person on the original Article of Incorporation is [redacted], who owns [redacted], a reseller of Enom's services. [redacted] is in his 80's and we are unable to reach [redacted] to transfer our email to another provider. Currently [redacted] company was hosting our email but the server has been down for two months.
The Federal Communications Commission Amateur Radio license issued to our club lists our current treasurer, [redacted] as well as [redacted] on the license. (see attached file). This is a document issued by a federal agency and should be adequate proof.
Being a club we do not have a business certificate. We can provide notarized statements from our banking partners listing [redacted] and myself as members of [redacted]. We can also provide proof of our current executive committee from the American Radio Relay League. The ARRL works with the Federal Communications Commission for the licensed amateur radio community. Here is a link on the ARRL site for our club affiliation. It shows [redacted] as the editor and myself as secretary. [redacted]
Please let us know how we can rectify this situation. Your reseller listed himself as the admin and technical contact for the domain. While the mail server and web site were running fine we never thought to check this. I think I have provided ample proof of who we say we are and again can provide notarized documents from our financial institutions.
Thank you

enom is yet protecting spammers . I have currently 119 spams received in the past two days all from enom

Hello, It appears that you or your client may have a trademark claim related to a domain name registered through Enom.  Enom adds no value as an intermediary in such disputes, neither are we typically in a position to adequately investigate such claims and pass judgment on the relative merits...

involved. The Uniform Dispute Resolution Process (the "UDRP") has been created to address most of such circumstances. Information regarding the UDRP is available at:http://www.enom.com/help/drp.asp or at:http://www.icann.org/udrp/  While the UDRP is more commonly used because most trademark holders believe it to be faster and less expensive, some claimants also avail themselves of judicial processes.  Enom regularly cooperates with both judicial and UDRP proceedings. If you are or are going to pursue a claim against the registrant and you need to know Enom's location for purposes of 15 USC 1125(d)(2)(A), we are located in King County, Washington State. Please contact us again as appropriate during your pursuit of a UDRP and/or court proceeding. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: On 4th January 2016 all documents have been sent to their team for verification but they simply have one aim of business in mind to take other's money and than disappear, leave them alone with no follow up/solution. They blame/accuse the customer's that the real documents  are fake ! They are doing complete non sense. These are their false corrupt black tricks to do a fraud with customer's and to eat their money. I am not the only one with such complain now I have read the reviews about them. They pretend to be innocent in front of Revdex.com but on real grounds they are making false business practices. I send help emails to their risk management department and customer support but they do not offer any help. Customer Support says contact Risk Management and Risk Management did not replied since 5th of January 2016 than I decide to contact Revdex.com and now they are proving their customer's wrong. [redacted] ENOM ! I recommend Revdex.com to take strict actions against Enom and their false fraud practices Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Every day a new ".net" domain is created for spamming and this company has a long history of allowing it.  One account is close and another is opened.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:It is a Lie.24x7 support is not provided once an account is shut off.The security compromise was on their side not mine.  Their API has a security hole in it that allowed a malicious chinese person to change a "single domain" on our account.  No other accounts where affected.  So the customer is lying twice.  The second lie is they created a fictitious blame on me to cover their own security compromise.  We require a reimbursement of the single customers domain name to reach a reconciliation and close this complaint.  No exception.Sincerely,[redacted]

We will be glad to look into this, as we normally process these type of requests.  We ask that the complainant provide a incident ticket ID number and Order ID numbers so we can look into the handling of this request.
We normally ask that refund request should be submitted via ticket...

for tracking purposes.
