I am rejecting this response because: The suggestion is to contact the same people that have already told me my ONLY option is a five year agreement at their 'normal' rate of $50/year (despite the fact that their site clearly state their actual rate is less that $17)To paraphrase a famous quote "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result." This chargeback was on a domain renewal, and was processed using the card they provided for us to renew domains with This was not a fraudulent charge, as they had owned the domain for close to a year, and then disputed the renewal without contacting usDuring that whole year, they had the
ability to cancel the renewal, or contact us regarding the impending renewal It's also good to note that they had used this card for other transactions on the account, and they did not claim them to be fraud
As for the chargeback, it is our policy not to argue them with the bank, we simply refund the charge when we receive the dispute and lock down the account to prevent further issues In this case, the customer has asked us for access back to his account, to which we require them to bring the account current, and pay what is owed on the account There is an extra processing fee of $assessed to cover the fees associated with the chargeback Once payment has been made, we will restore full access to the account so the customer can manage their domains as they seem fit All of this has been explained to the customer previously, and they can contact us when they are ready to make payment

There are technical issues that is causing the specific error that the customer described in their ticket with us We have asked for additional information to better diagnose and troubleshoot the issue We are working with the mail server software's author to discover the root cause of
the issue so we can prevent it from reoccurring.
We have already repeatedly applied a fix for the issue, and there is in fact already a function to monitor for and fix this automatically There is a deeper technical issue beyond the surface symptom that is provided, which is why we're working with programmers and provide them with captured data so that we may effectively identify and stop the problem
We have advised client that this will not be an overnight fix as this unfortunately is not a simple a problem as it continues to recur after being corrected We ask for the customer's patience while we research this and provide a solution as soon as we have an answer

We have received the complaint, and apologize for any issues that the client may have experienced with requesting assistance in renewing your domain name We can confirm that the domain name will not be cancelled, and Enom will not block the transfer of the domain name away Due to this
experience, we will refund the entire amount of of the order, and *** will be provided without additional cost *** will be removed from your account and deleted in order to ensure it is no longer under the complainant's account A refund has been submitted for the entirety of the order, please allow a few days for the balance to be appear in your account A support agent will be reach out to the complainant to complete the process

The order was flagged by our Fraud Screening system, and the order voided at that timeDuring the verification process, the customer submitted a .jpg file of his photo IDUpon review, it was revealed that the file had been edited using Photoshop software, and that the photo was taken months before
our request for this informationUpon request of an un-altered, recent photo of their ID, they refusedFurthermore, as the order was voided at the time of screening, there is no refund due

We did receive an email from the customer but for some reason his email got misplacedI have emailed the customer so we can get the customer back into his account. Regards
