Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have reported two more spam sites to enom , they keep forwarding it to ***.com *** replies to me they do not host them they are ***.com and ***.com , when checking whois , both are hosted by enom These two sites are regular spamming sites Sincerely,*** ***

Hello,
In both cases with this customer, what they are seeing is an authorizationWhich falls off because the charges where cancelled due to being flagged for fraud review. There is a hold for the funds in question but it will fall off because the charge will not complete, thus
meaning there is no need to do a refund. Regards,Risk Management Team

Thank you for your response. While you may not always receive a response from us, eNomdoes investigate each report we receiveAs previously indicated, incooperation with our reseller partner, we have suspended services to a numberof domains as a direct result of your reports. While eNom does cross reference reported domains with spamblack lists, for the best results when reporting spam please be sure to includethe full headers and body in plain text in your report to us.It does not appear that we have received any additionalreports from ***@rcn.comsince our last correspondenceHowever, if this issue persists please contactus directly at one of our multiple points of contact for reporting abuseissuesemail: report.***@enom.comweb: http://www.enom.com/help/AbusePolicy.aspxRegards, eNom*** *** *** *** *** ***Kirkland, WA

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this next step is satisfactory to me I have responded to them via the ticket and await receipt of the refund

We have received this complaint We will be glad to look into this, but would like to get details regarding the issue in question so that we may investigate further We ask the complainant provide the domain name in question and any related support ticket numbers
Once we have those, we
will be able to investigate further, and see if any action can be taken to help resolve this request as quickly as possible

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have saved all of the email responses from Enom regarding identification, on July 12, I emailed them:
Here is the information requested
I need to discuss this matter with an account representative
I'm still not clear on why this was needed this was a relatively straightforward order.(Attached a color photocopy of my license and CC)
On August 9th(almost a month later) they requested the information again as they lost it or were unable to find the emailAt this point I asked for an EPP code to transfer the domainAfter further resistance I contacted ICANN and they finally issued an EPP code to transfer one of my domainsThe other I am not able to access(even as of now)they tied me up for almost months.
It's simpleThey don't care about their retail customersthey are only interested in larger corporate accountsCaveat Emptor
Sincerely,*** ***

eNom is a domain name registrar, therefore many domain names are registered through us Because a domain is registered through eNom, does not mean we own the domain name This domain name has been registered through eNom 1/7/via the domain provider, Namecheap.com, and has not been
moved since the time of registration The complainant may have misunderstood that eNom is a domain registrar, the back end registration service provider utilized by Namecheap.com

We have reviewed the complaint, and while we see that our support agents did everything they could to process the verification requests as soon as possible, the client was not able to cancel the renewal of their domain name in time We have authorized a refund for the domain name renewal upon
receiving confirmation from the client agreeing to the deletion of the domain name as part of processing the refund
A follow up on ticket *** will be sent to the client asking for this confirmation

Hello,
Thank you for your responseAs previously indicated, you appear to be reporting unsolicited emails that originate from IP space belonging to *** *** Inc
While Enom is the registrar of ***com, this domain does not appear to have been involved in the delivery of or contained/advertised in the actual reported emails
Since we are only the registrar of ***com and do not manage *** ***nologies' IP address space, we will not be able to assist you with your abuse report
For further assistance with this matter we would advise contacting *** directly
Abuse contact information for their IP space can be found here:
https://whois.***.net/rest/poc/***

Enom

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Thank you for working with us to get resolution to this problem

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I received a phone call from a sales rep She informed me that the ENOM company has no control over the price increase This is totally unacceptable They never informed the customer..me..that in fact there would be a 100% increase...but was sure to automatically charge my credit card The issues of absolute poor call center pickup time was not addressed This was a sales person trying to make a friendly phone call with no real answer I will be closing out this domain name in question ENOM continues to receive poor reviews ..see Google results I feel ENON needs to honor the $pricing for another year until I Cal close out this account Shameful response to a reasonable customer issue
*** *.Sincerely,*** ***

We have received this complaint All attempts were made to resolve the issue in as quick a manner as possible, but certain configurations on the hosting account caused additional issues when attempting to make the changes This required additional escalation to our developers, which was
given the highest priority, which was communicated with the customer Unfortunately a technical issue do not have specific time frames to resolveHowever, our agents and developers made every effort to resolve this as quickly as possible once it was discovered the issue needed to be escalated
History of the issue shows that the was resolved earlier today We apologize for any inconvenience, and as compensation for the website resolution issue reported from 01/to 01/15, eNom has already provided a refund for month of service, which was credited back to the customer's card that was charged

The domain name is in a status with the Registry that does not permit anyone the ability to recover the domain name, or force any action At the end of a domain's lifecycle, the domain is placed in a Delete queue, which lasts for roughly days During this time no action can be taken to
recover or expedite the deletion
Once the day Pending Delete period is up, the domain is available for anyone to register At this time the domain name is pending deletion at the Registry and should be available for the complainant to re-register for themselves within the next few days

Hello, Thank you very much for your notificationAfter researching the domain, we have found that Enom, Inconly provides domain name registration for ***.comWe are not the webhost, internet service provider, or administrator for the reported domainGiven that we are not the
webhost for the reported domain, the allegedly infringing material identified in your notification does not reside on Enom’s serversAccordingly, we do not have the technical ability to remove or disable specific items of objectionable content.Again, due to the limited technical sphere in which Enom operates, we do not believe that we are the correct party to contact regarding this matter. In this instance, we suggest that you contact the party operating the website or the party hosting the website to have this matter properly resolvedA "ping" of the website you indicated often reveals the IP address of the party which probably hosts this websiteYou may then use https://who.is/ or another similar tool to identify this party. With regards to allegations of illegal activity, Enom adds no value as an intermediary in such disputes, neither are we typically in a position to adequately investigate such claims and pass judgment on the relative merits involved. However, Enom regularly works with law enforcement, and In cases such as this we would advise you to contact state or federal authorities applicable to you with regards to your specific issue for further investigation or resolutionThank you again for your report, and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questionsRegards,Legal DepartmentEnomLake Washington BlvdSuite 201Kirkland, WA 98033 [email protected]:

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Its a lie. Their support is not 24x7....once they shut your account down...there is no-one that can help you
My customer was down for weeks because they changed his dns settingsThey blamed it on us and then locked down our account. However, if someone had access to our account, they would have changed ALL the domains that we have access to. We have 40-domain names there
It is not resolvedWhat good is your organization to instantly close down cases
Sincerely,*** ***
