they needed to go to the funeral home, which was never requested within the original order. Please review the Avas policy regarding attempted delivery shown below and within the website too.As per the florist:WE DELIVERED THIS ORDER TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN, AND IT WAS THE CUSTOMER'S HOME. I am rejecting this response because: I paid $212.91 for a wreath, and got a totally different flower arrangement, and I stipulated that the wreath had to be at the funeral home before the viewing, giving a specific day and time, it was not. So - I didn't get what I ordered, and what was delivered was not there in time for the viewing. I want a full refund, not $70. I paid over $212 and didn't receive what I ordered.

Your invoice reads that you purchased a $59.99 arrangement, a $4.99 pink vase and the service fee is $13.95. The arrangement recieved was fresh and beautiful and filled to value.

Refunded - Amount: $32.00 vs Transaction [redacted]  Substitution Policy:The flowers shown online are representative of color scheme, look and feel, overall style, and value; however specific containers and or flowers will vary in some cases due to floral designer interpretation, availability or need to meet our quality standards.While substitutions may be necessary, a great effort will be made to keep the same look and feel of the arrangement, using flowers of greater or equal value. Substitution of some keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays as availability is often quite limited. In a single type flower arrangement, such as an all tulip or all rose arrangement we will make every attempt to do the flower type, but we may have to substitute with another color flower.  The on line description of the item ordered is as follows:What could be better? my mother sent me a photo of the item and was most certainly not pleased.  she  asked me to not send her flowers ever again because I was ripped off.  if she appeared happy it was at the surprise and I dont knw if she received the flowers or ky sister did when they dropped them off. if she was happy it was at the gesture not at the quality of the item.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The only discrepancy is that my daughter did not receive an arrangement on same day as guaranteed. I would not have known if I had not received a call from my relative advising me of this situation. I called several times to the business and they kept advising there was nothing they could do for 2 days. I did advise I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com. Once the complaint was received I received a call from the business advising they were promptly refunding my account. The original statements of being told I could not cancel my order and have my money refunded changed. It's a very sad situation to know you have to go as far as having to file a complaint in order to receive the proper resolution. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter.

My apologizes for the issues mentioned. As the customer was told, we were unable to find any order for this customer. The $38.24 money mentioned was temporary placed on hold by the customers bank until the order is confirmed by Avas, which it never was. This order for whatever reason, was never...

processed or delivered. This customer was notified through an email of the situation. The bank should reverse the temporary hold on the customers money and the points used will be placed back to the customers account within the next 10 days. Since we do not have the customers money, we were not able to offer a refund. The customer needs to contact her bank to resolve the issues of a reversal of the $38.24. thank you for your understanding, Robert
