should have not been placed without a correct delivery location and was delivered to the address provided. The customer is emailed an invoice at the time the order is placed and that is the time that any corrections are to be made and that was not done. The photograph that was sent by the customer shows a beautiful blooming, full plant with lilies and greenery in a large basket. The size of the plant or basket is not provided in the on line description. The customer was offered a $20.00 store credit which was refused. Those points were issued and placed on the customer account as shown as a sign of good faith:Account DetailsCurrent Reward Points @[redacted] which are worth $23.95 and do not have an expiration date. thank you for your understanding.

On 5/14, the customer provided the correct address and it was given to the florist. Within the Revdex.com complaint, the customer stated: "I found out that the...

same hospital had three separate facilities, in the same locality and then we corrected the address".Message to the florist;"Hi, here's the correct address for the hospital it is going to "[redacted]" the address is "[redacted]" as per the customer the recipient has been transferred to a different room. I received a refund on 6/24/17, the second time Avas flowers called me to get my credit card number. I answered my phone for every unknown call and answered every time Ava's Flowers called me. There was never a time I did not respond so I do not agree with their claim that they "made several attempts to contact Ms. [redacted]."

instructions when ordering online or over the phone.  It is not practical to specify an exact time however before 2PM. After 1PM type of requests we can usually meet.  When it comes to schools, businesses and sympathy service times we understand the time sensitive nature. Sometimes weather, short notice and location can make your request not possible but we will make every effort to make you happy with prompt delivery.   During busy holiday times it is very difficult and unlikely that we can meet requests for timed deliveries.  We will do our best but it is simply not practical as the volume of orders does not allow for that type of service many times. $20 of store credit was issued as a courtesy, but we would not be able to provide that as a refund.
