I am rejecting this response because:
There was absolutely no attempt to deliver on February 6th as I had requested, these flowers were for my moms birthday and I went through several phone calls back and forth with this company for several days regarding getting my money refunded and I was tossed around and even hung up on! The flowers were not delivered until AFTER I filed a complaint with my bank and the Revdex.com. And, an order that was supposed to be delivered ON FEBRUARY 6TH was not delivered until FEBRUARY 9TH. The only recourse I was offered after them NOT delivering my order was 15% off my next order, no refunds of any kind, so I paid them for no service! I have numerous emails back and forth where I tried to resolve the issue because I kept getting hung up on when I called.

If you cannot provide what you are selling for what you advertise you should not be selling it. What I went through amounts to fraud and extortion.
