I am rejecting this response because: The Yellow Roses sent lasted 3 days and then they died. I have complained about the original order and this took over a week for anyone to even act like we made a purchase with Avas.  I will never use your company again so you can keep your store credit.

I am rejecting this response because: at no time did Avas reach out me, I reached out to them several times.   the vendor that was used admits to failing to deliver because she could not find the home.  
This was unacceptable.  My concern is Avas needs to be placed on notice for bad business.

The customer requested a full refund but as per the policy is not offered. In good faith, $20.00 is being offered in store credits as shown:Current Reward Points @43198 which are worth $21.60 and do not have an expiration date either.Dissatisfaction:Since most of our products are perishable goods, we do not offer refunds after the product has been in possession for more than 7 days.   If you do not want a re-delivery of a new product(s) and you notified us within 7 days that you are unsatisfied with the product(s) and you would like to receive a refund instead; we will need to be provided the opportunity to pick up the product(s) you are dissatisfied with prior to processing a refund. I am rejecting this response because:  I truly felt that I should have received a full refund.  I accepted the 50% refund because I was informed that was all they could do.  I will NEVER use this company again and would never refer anyone to them. The arrangement was not delivered when requested and the arrangement ordered was not what was received.
