I am rejecting this response because:
This is not what was agreed upon.The $10 credit was for the delay in delivery.The refund was for the horrible flowers. I have the email offering a redelivery of the flowers or a refund. There is no miscommunication, this is what was offered.After a few days, I contacted the company again to be told instead I will get a credit. I forwarded the email proving I was to get a refund and accepted the refund.As a business you can't create me an account I did not ask for and give me something I did not agree to and call it a day. I will never do business with you again. I want the refund you stated you would give.

I am rejecting this response because: I was not satisfied with the outcome. They sent a dozen roses to my daughter at work, they were half dead when they arrived. I emailed them and told them and offered to show them a picture of them. I will NEVER use this business again and suggested to them that they change who ever they are using.

ON LINE ORDER PROCESSING:In order for a website order to be processed, the customer "MUST" check our TERMS of SERVICE prior to placing the order. At that time, the customer has the choice of viewing those terms and policies. Whether they read read them or not, they are bound by those terms. The customer MUST approve the acceptance of those terms of service before finalizing the on line order or the order will not be placed. Prior to the acceptance of "the terns of service", all of the charges for that order are shown and MUST be reviewed before acceptance of the order. The florist delivered the arrangement as requested which was filled to value. We have requested for the customer to provide a photo of the arrangement but none was ever received. Thus order was delivered on 7/25/15. The customer has indicated the she contacted the bank to dispute the charges. Based on that statement, until the bank contacts Avas, we will not attempt to resolve the customer complaint with Revdex.com.
