To Whom It May Concern,We have received photos from the recipient Mrs***, whom claimed that the arrangement shows signs of wilting, as well as the foliage from the photos that were provided so not show any signs of wiltingI have attached the photos provided by the recipient As per the size
of the arrangement, all orders are filled to an exact recipe: "purple cube vase with lavender roses, stems purple stock green spider mums, green berries, lemon leaf , tightly arranged moundy roundy" , as well as all items are a depiction of what will be delivered, as our website states:" Item pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feel." Since Mrs***, is the recipient of the arrangement, we are not able to discuss any form of refunds, or resolutions, since she is not the card holderWe do show that a $store credit was given for the box of chocolates off of a future order:reward points were deposited into the customers Avas Flowers account

I am rejecting this response because: the company has offered no resolution and simply provided tracking information for an order that will now be DAYS LATEFurthermore, the apparent rationale for the late delivery has to do with holiday deliveriesMy order was placed after one of the holidays listed, Christmas, and clearly does not fall within their "busy" times of the year

I am rejecting this response because:The site is misleading that showed chocolates in the picture I was ordering.I ordered delivery a week in advance, so the delivery should have been scheduled in advance and met by the 1pm deadlineI did call and send emails on February 14th to try to save the situation before the perishable product perishedI could have saved the situation if they had answered my call or email to let me know that it was going to be a no showI could have had time to try a different service provider at the last minute.A store credit does no good, since I have no confidence in this terrible company.

I am rejecting this response because: I specifically told the rep NOT to send a Croton and also NOT to have the arrangement in a ceramic vase They were to substitute the Peace Lily with an arrangement of three to four varied green plants in a wicker basket Additionally, the website advertised no delivery charge so their comment about a charge of $is not valid They waited over twenty hours to inform me the Peace Lily was not available I told the rep if the company would have contacted me that morning, I would have canceled and placed my order with another florist who would deliver what I wanted Another problem, because of them not contacting me early in the day, was the missed delivery time of "prior to 4:p.m." There was nothing about the entire order that was correct; therefore, I am requesting a full refund of $ Their offer of under $is unacceptable

To whom it may concern,I have attached the photo above of the arrangement that was received, we have also explained to Ms *** that the arrangement price which she chose is $and her order consisted of the following items that were added to the orderstandard Latex Balloons were purchased
for a total of $12, Mylar Balloons for $($each),Bows for $($each),greeting card for $and our service fee of $which brought her total to $125.87.We were able to see in the photo that one of the mylar balloon was deflated and we had refunded the order for $6/We also received a call letting us know that she was over charged for the order and we were able to explain our prices to her and what she had purchased.Ms *** claims that the arrangement that she received was not filled to value but as we reviewed the photo it was approved by us as it did consist of an assortment of plants in a basket like she wanted.The order has been refunded-Amount $Vs transaction ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAva's Flowers refunded 15% of the order amount twice (a total of 30%) with promises to deliver flowers to the recipient as well Apparently they were unable to find a florist in or near the very small town of Yuma, Colorado, that was willing to work with them It was inconvenient and embarrassing to me because the original order would have been for a funeral; the second promised delivery of two dozen roses would have been just before Mother's Day; and the third promised order world have arrived in time for Memorial DayThe recipient never received flowers Finally, Ava's refunded the remainder of my order amount I do not plan to use this company again.
