I wanted to inform you, that the company Avas Flowers reach out to me on Sunday 7/30/07 about the issue I am having with my order. I spoke with one of the managerial staff member Christopher U[redacted] who submitted me my full refund amount $82.92.

I do understand the customers comments but her original request was :Desired Settlement:We would like a refund since the services were never completed. As requested by the customer, we did refund the two orders in question and offered our sincere condolences too. This order was placed on line and if the customer had any issues with Avas flowers prior to placing the orders, the orders should not have been placed. This is not intended to be any sort of an excuse, just a comment. It was unfortunate that the arrangements were no delivered, for whatever reasons and the office was not represented at the funeral, for that , I do apologize.Our website states:Please read this Agreement carefully. I am rejecting this response because:  I cannot get through to a non-automated customer service assistant using this number after choosing the option "refund status."  The automated response tells me I am not authorized for a refund using my order number.  This is a fraudulent company.

I am rejecting this response because:they have misrepresented themselves, lied and manipulated this show teansactionthis was not readily viewable on website and it clearly states that they are a local florist in hasletbtexas which is false. I strongly believe they "adjusted" the order after the fact because I can show where my credit card was initially charged the correct amount. Also one email from the multiple people who respond ( never the same person twice) stated they called and I have my phone records which state that was also not true

I am rejecting this response because:
I insist on a full refund.  Thank you for the apology, but mine is not a general case of believing the arrangement was undervalued or unlike a formula in a photograph.  This is a case of a highly inappropriate balloon being sent to a child.  A romantic balloon was sent even though the card was signed "Grandma" and the occasion was "Get Well Soon."  No amount of swapping out the arrangement and one balloon (I ordered and was charged for three) makes up for that.  Neither of your replies addressed two of my other original, important complaints that the flowers were old and blown open, and the design was not professional looking (see photo).Had I received excellent customer service, I would have used your services again.  I would have shown people the photo of my granddaughter with the bouquet and balloons.  It would have been good marketing for you.  However, under the circumstances, I never want to chance another experience like this.  It is very embarrassing to send flowers that are old and ugly and inappropriate.  It is for that reason that the store credit does not resolve my issue.  I will not be using Avas Flowers again.I will pursue other means of resolution.
