I am rejecting this response because: I don't accept this as a response because they don't tell you about their holiday order policy until after you submit your order.  They also claim to be a local florist which is untrue considering their based out of New Jersey and you get connected to a call center through a SE Asian country.

I am rejecting this response because: Before I placed my order I was assured on the screen that my order would be delivered by Mother's Day.  I received an emailed receipt after I placed my order saying my order would be delivered by Mother's Day.  Ava's Flowers called me AFTER I received the email confirmation of my order and asked if it was okay if my order was delivered after Mother's Day.  I said NO - cancel my order.  Ava's delivered my order after Mother's Day without my authority and charged me anyway.  This is unacceptable and unlawful and I will keep fighting Ava's through whatever means available until I get a full refund of every cent they charged me.  It is not right.  They are a horrible business and they should not be allowed to get away with this.  Ava's needs to do the right thing and refund my money.

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted every florist within reasonable delivery mileage of the place of service and no florist shows this order.  Your website also indicates the following regarding delivery in the FAQ section "Visit our check status page to get the most up to date status Check Status  .  You can call 877.638.3033 A delivery confirmation is often sent via email, once the delivery has been made and it has been entered it into our system. In addition, you will likely receive a phone call from a thankful recipient"There is no reference in the FAQ section of your reply to my response about the dates being incorrect.  I'm holding you accountable for the information that is disclosed on your website along with the due diligence of contacting every florist in the entire city of Norman, OK (since Ava's won't disclose what florist was used).  As mentioned in my prior complaint, I contacted the deceased parties family and confirmed the flowers were not delivered.  I intend to keep this complaint open until resolved to my satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:the flowers were sent for delivery for a specific occasion and now it is too late to replace. I would appreciate my refund as soon as possible. I am disappointed. Your advertisement and the gentleman who placed my original order did not stand up to the what was promised.

okay with this and I was lied to by the other manager I spoke with on the phone May 12th that stated I would given a full refund.  I also stated that I felt it ridiculous that I need to record my conversations with a when I contact them to prove what I was told.  [redacted] said the $25 was most she was authorized to refund and I also told her that was ridiculous and that I would still be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com due to their poor customer responses to issues.

Please mark this as "resolved" as I don't want to have anything more to do with this company. I had to order a new arrangement (from a different florist) to be sent to my friend to mark her special event properly as I intended. Avas Flowers refunded me the "service charge" and I don't want to send any more time with them and thisissue despite not having a fair resolution. I will make sure to contact your site for reviews before dealing with any future businesses of any kind!

I do understand the customer statements but we do have a confirmation of delivery from the florist who claimed that on 4/30 @11AM. [redacted] @ the church signed for the plant. The date provided on the website does not indicate the correct time or date since it is not always updated when the delivery was done and may reflect the next day entry.
