I would like to thank [redacted] and [redacted] for the awesome job they did installing my hot water tankWe called them out and a few hours later we had hot water againI will definite use them again [redacted]

[redacted] was our service technician He was GREAT to say the least He was very professional and approachable with our many questions and he didn't make us feel like we were asking anything stupid We never felt like he was in a hurry to get out of here He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable and we so appreciated his patience with us I know he went "the extra mile" in helping and educating us on our plumbing issues Would love to have Stephen back here again to help with any plumbing problems we may have [redacted]

First off, their web ad states "Drain Opening - Pay just $**" However by the time they add in all the fees/taxes the actual bill was $ [redacted] so I feel they should include this tidbit in their ad so you don't have to call to find this out after the factJust be honest up front, that is the key to success in a businessDon't try to scam the customer right off the bat They were to be there after 4:and didn't show up until 7:so I showed him the line that needed to be snakedHe then mentioned some optionsI stated I had already talked to someone and had a price so didn't need options but stated the company requires him to go over the options that I already said I didn't wantHe then proceeded to sit at my table and take minutes to HAND WRITE a whole page full of or different options and all that was included with each optionI asked why he didn't just have a print out of this and he again explained his company required him to write them all out??? By the time he was all done it was close to 8pm and since I was never even interested in the options, I was so aggravated I wouldn't even look at the options (and couldn't if I wanted as I couldn't even read the hand writing)So to clean the drain took less than minutes but the visit totaled minutesIf they would have come in and taken care of my issue quickly and efficiently without spending so much time trying to upsell extras, this technician could have probably taken care of or more calls and I would have been satisfiedAs it stands, I will never do business with them again due to wasting my time and theirs just trying to make more moneyLike $ [redacted] was not enough for a minute snake of a drain

We are pleased with the work that [redacted] from Burton Plumbing did at our houseHe showed up when the schedule said he would and fixed our faucets carefully and efficientlyWe appreciate his attention to detail and professional methods

We wish to thank Burton's for the prompt and courtcous service they provided replacing our hot water heater

Great help, kept me informed of arrival time for Tech; and the Tech analyzed the problem quickly and let me know it was a snow/ice problem with my Heat Pump and how to take care of it without more expense

I have just had my first check of my heating service with Burton's Service Partner Plan, which I signed up for about two weeks ago They called me to set up the heating system check -- and were able to have them come the next day Technician [redacted] was polite, very thoughtful about covering his shoes before walking in the house presented me with several options regarding some regular maintenance Overall, a good experience!

[redacted] did a thorough job investigating our main pipelineHe was very considerate to our financial situationHe provided outstanding customer service by smiling, being friendly, and just all around a good honest personHe was dressed nicely, and looked professional He offered us several price points with similar solutions to the problemThey differed in cost per month, warranty mostlyThe problem did not offer many options in terms of solution but there was a lot to consider on warranty After he left, I felt much better about everything considering how bad the problem was All around fantastic jobWill always call this company with any problem I encounter in the future Thank you

they were running late, but once they got here, I showed them what my problem was and they fixed it in a timely mannerI thought the bill was a little high, but what is not these days

[redacted] was sent over by Burton Plumbing to help me with clogged drains He was awesome! Nice guy Not only got the drains in order but left the place immaculate Highly recommended!

[redacted] came over to do a free furnace check the day before ThanksgivingHe said it checked out fineThanksgiving morning I wake up to a temp of degrees in the houseCalled Burton [redacted] said it would be a $ [redacted] service call for a holiday and $ [redacted] to come out FridayAnother company came out to look at itTurns out [redacted] left the power to the blower motor disconnected

Once again excellent knowlegable service on the plumbing in my historic home which was constructed incoudnt ask for more!

Unclogged a toilet [redacted] , technician, was prompt, courteous, and efficient He provided multiple options to professionally to get the job done Very satisfied with today's service

In the early evening hours, I needed someone to check my furnace due to a possible electrical problem It was right at freezing outside and when I called Burton, I was assisted by a very positive person who set me up to have a service person check my furnaceWithin the hour, [redacted] was at my house He took the time to listen to what I had observed and he checked my furnace When he was done, he shared with me what he had found and my options to get it fixed It took around hours but my furnace was up and running Even though I had let my service plan lapse, [redacted] made me feel comfortable with my choices after he shared with me all of my options I would recommend Burton Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling to anyone who needs emergency service or just needing information
