***, from Burton Plumbing, did a thorough inspection of all of our water system components He was well-versed in his analysis and potential solutions to our water heater issue I called Burton regarding a "gurgling" sound I'd heard, which I thought was coming from the water heater As it turns out, the sound was an usual combination of both the dishwasher and a toilet stool running water in the pipes, behind the water heater We tested this again, and the same sounds occurred That said, our water heater is nearing its timeline for replacement We will surely consider Burton Plumbing when we decide to replace the present heater

Burton is careless with their scheduling I called ahead and scheduled an appointment with a plumber I was told it would be early afternoon on the day in question I took off of work, and scheduled my day around it I was called at 3:and told they were running late, and it would be around 5: At 7:PM I received a call that they would not get to me that day, and would have to reschedule two days later Completely ridiculous, careless scheduling, and terrible customer relations

After problems with another company, we called them and they came out the same dayEfficient, courteous, and did a great job, much more reasonable than the other company we had calledWill call on them again!

I am very upset with the service we received The Technician broke our sink He claims it was not his fault, but we believe it was The sink was fine when we called Burton to fix the clogged sink It was broken after he left I realize it is literally our word against his We needed extensive, and expensive, repairs

Completely impressed again with Burton *** went above and beyond coming out late on a stormy evening and cleared a very stubborn drain The communication from the dispatch team was timely and let us keep going with our day instead of waiting by the door for someone to show up The options for the drain cleaning were laid out in a very clear way and made the decisions easy Fully satisfied with using Burton and will continue to do so for all my plumbing needs
