I recently had a gallon water heater suddenly quit I had never had any issues with this water heater I called Burton They were very friendly and the man that came to look at it was very polite and friendly He went to my basement for about mins Then went out to his van and got on the phone for about mins He came back in and (no kidding) gave me an estimate of $*** dollars to "renovate" my water heater This was just a simple Whirlpool gallon water heater Needless to say, once that estimate was given, I had zero interest in having Burton do anything for me Unfortunate to say the least I called another service (reputable) and got a brand new installed water heater for under *** dollars

*** arrived promptly
The problem was identified and options were reviewed and discussed
The selected option was implemented and the problem was taken care of
Questions were answered thoroughly
The job site was cleaned before leaving

I have been using Burton for years and have always had a good experience I have learned to trust *** (plumber) who was been to my house more than once In particular, I had a drain that kept clogging, and I had to keep having it unclogged When I followed ***'s advise and went with a better cleaning, the pipe has not clogged now for over three years Great job ***!

Called Burton to come out recently for a plumbing problem who because of work was not able to be at home Was told they would arrive anytime after 12:p.m Gave the apptscheduler the number they needed to call to keep us informed on the progress of the tech's arrival along with a secondary one This info was not passed on to the tech who called the number attached to the account (but not available to take calls during the day) All of this led to much confusion about when the tech would actually arrive or if he would move on to the next apptsince he wasn't getting a response Frustrating, but after a long wait *** arrived and solved the problem quickly

*** was very professional, and honest with his presentation and his workmenshipHe let my wife and I know everything that was going to happen before it happened and then explained what he found and how he fixed everythingWe were so impressed with him that we asked about heating and a/c workHe indicated that he did not do that himself but he had people in the other areas that did and he recommended them completelyWe told him to have them call us in may to discuss additional workIf all service tech were like ***, the world would be better off

The day that Burton Technician, ***, II, was suppose to come to my house he was running a bit late but called to let me know what was happening and assured me that he would be there as soon as he could Called again to let me know he was on his way and how far he was away Once he arrived he got to business and took care of checking my AC and Heating units He was very professional and knew his job I asked him question after question which he answered and put my mind at ease about the new AC and Heating units He even showed me how to use the setting so that I knew how to use it properly I must say that each time Burton has been at my home it has been a great experience I will continue to call them

On January 30th *** did an excellent job opening my sewer I had the same problem in late October and had another company come to open the line and it plugged up within days and they had to come back and clear the plug again I had the same problem earlier thls week and my neighbor, *** ***, recommended Burton and I am very pleased with the work that *** did He is a very nice person and explained everything that he was going to do before he did it I will recommend your company and *** to my friends

I had previously used their service for Air Conditioning and was pleased with the results so called them when Heating Unit problem They dispatched ***, HVAC Tech, to our house We found *** to be professional, personal and honest about our outdated unit As we anticipated, the unit has to be replaced; it is over years old and had minor/serious problems the last few years He obviously gave me info on Burton's systems/rates I said I wanted to do some research before making a final decision We discussed options, etc., and I told him I had used Burton on the A/C and was happy with that service so decided to return to them for Heating, and that I was equally impressed with his evaluation, service, and attitude I would definitely recommend *** and Burton for HVAC service
