After a couple of "hiccup" where the great team at Burton were not able to keep to their original service day and time - *** did a superb job:
- He made the necessary adjustments in our automatic water filtering system
- He discovered a leak in the heater exhaust piping & fixed the problem
- He recommended we change our 20+ yr old water heater - which we did
All-in-all, the service performed by the Burton team (another gentleman brought the new water heater) and *** was able to complete the job in good time
My wife and I were very satisfied with the expertise, care and skill of the Burton Team and with the results Great job, Burton!

Very professional with plenty of communication!

What should have been a routine check turned into anything but, but *** handled it and us with kids gloves He was here a good part of the day and we were sorry
to see him go, he could have stayed for dinner, seriously Will definitely be requesting that he visit us again

The Technician, ***, from Burton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was extremely courteous and respectful of my property He listed to the problem, gave me several options, and didn't pressure me into choosing a more expensive option He removed the clog quickly and efficiently and was in and out in under an hour
The office staff was also courteous and responsive They called to confirm my appointment in advance and gave me an hour to notice before *** showed up at the door
The price for the service was very reasonable

Everyone I had dealings with was very polite and my experience was all about what I needed done Different options were offerred, and I liked that

[redacted] was the plumbing tech that came out and performed the work. He took time to explain all my options for service on the slow running main drain. Walked the property to see where the roots that I had been encountering previously may originate from. Fully opened the line. The root issue was greatly diminished because I had removed evergreen bushes two years ago. Was just general build up in the pipe that he cleared away. Gave me tips on preventive maintenance.


Then a second tech, [redacted] came out and did a in pipe video inspection. Explained to me the materials the pipes were made of all the way to the city link up. Marked the connection point to city services and showed me the general pipe path to the house. Discussed possible other services they could supply for preventive maintenance.

After my 40 years of customer representative work, I recognize the rare combination of personality and professional knowledge displayed by both [redacted] and [redacted]. One of my favorite expressions for this would be, "well done young man, well done".

The technician was very polite and friendly. He was thorough about checking for any issues to resolve the problem. I was pleased with the service provided.

[redacted] the plumber who came to my house and gave me exact pricing and was neat courteous and professional. Left the area neat as a pin when he left .

Water was backing up into my basement because of food/debris build-up in my basement floor line. [redacted] came and ran a snake through it. On the second attempt -- whoosh! All water gone. He cleaned it 2 more times, just to make sure, then we ran a LOT of water through the line, just to make sure.
Tech was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I had an emergency situation with a non-functional sump pump on a Saturday morning and called to see if they how quickly they could come and resolve my issue. I had intended to leave early that morning for a family reunion and clearly my plans had become compromised. The folks at Burton empathized with my situation and did everything they could to get a technician there ASAP. Well, my initial call was around 9:00 and they kept call me with updates on prospective timing for arrival of the technician. Around 12:00 or so, the confirmed he would be calling me with an ETA. He arrived at around 12:30pm, diagnosed my situation, provided me a number of alternatives, I chose one, and he had completed the work by 1:45pm. We were able to get to the family reunion back in Iowa and see the folks we wanted to see. Clearly a weekend, emergency plumbing need is never enjoyable or cheap but the folks at Burton did a great job in effectively resolving my issue for what I thought was a reasonable cost.

Excellent customer service. We had a main sewer line backup and Matt provided acceptable options to fix our issues. Recommend his expertise to anyone needing assistance.

This was the first time I'd dealt with Burton. Still can't believe how wonderful Burton was in handling my toilet issue. In two days my problem was solved. Others I'd called was a waste of my time, but not Burton. [redacted] was professional and efficient in every way. Looked at my problem and had 4 solutions I could pick from that day. Next day they came and installed by new toilet. Even discussed treatments for all my drains that was easy for me to handle. Believe me I'll be calling Burton with my business.

We have used Burton several times and have been extremely satisfied. On the latest visit, technician [redacted] located our problem immediately and corrected it. We were very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and great attitude. We would highly recommend Burton to anyone for any plumbing, heating or cooling problem.

I always request [redacted] and he never disappoints. He is prompt, thorough, honest, knowledgeable and dependable and will explain things in an easy way for me to understand. I do the monthly service plan on my personal residence and all my rentals and have been with Burtons about 7 years. We've had the occasional issue but they are always quick to resolve. I've had no problem recommending them to friends.

Your professional employee [redacted] was a very nice individual and explained all our options on replacing our furnace and air conditioner. He is truly an asset to your company.
