The experience was good I was trying to locate an odor that may have fumes from sewer pipes They did several things in an effort to locate why there was a problem It was a process of elimination which was a bit pricey but necessary They finally arrived at a possible solution which we are trying Mostly I appreciated they were professional, tenacious, friendly and did not make or leave a mess in my home I would use them again if I had a difficult problem I had to solve They were excellent!

Excellent service We have used Burton almost exclusively over the years for everything from a new furnace and AC to general plumbing issues Options are always presented and we have control over what actually gets done Prices seem fair [redacted] has been out two times for different reasons and has done a fine job

[redacted] from Burton AC Heating Plumbing and more did an excellent job servicing my furnance [redacted] took the time to explain what was done and also pointed out some other issues that I should have looked at, which I know, cost money, but in the long run, it is preventive maintenance I did not know about and would have cost more in the end...really appreicate his knowledge and looking out for my household's safety

Burton was proactive in calling and scheduling me a free heating and air conditioning system check [redacted] was respectful, courteous and knowledgeableI couldn't have asked for a better technicianBurton has always resolved all of my issues in an efficient and timely manner, whether summer or winter, heating or air conditioningIn my opinion, they may cost a few dollars more for their service, but it is worth it to me to know that it will be done right the first time

I have no complaint with Burton or [redacted] who spent hours performing a clean out of my lines on a Sunday morning Yes it may have been a little high on the expense but it was a Sunday with family in town and sewage had backed up from the Mainline into the basement He was very courteous and explained all that he was going to do Not only did he do the Mainline but also the Kitchen and branch line from the shower and toilet in the basement Insured my vent stacks were also clear by auguring the kitchen line from the roof Camethe mainline and showed me that the line was clear of all obstructions and gave me a peace of mind that all was good and no issues A++ in my book

[redacted] came to my home and discovered that my "clogged sink" wasn't clogged at all, but rather had a stopper under the rubber mat that I had forgotten was there I was very embarrassed and he was most gracious, declining to charge me anything If I owned Burton, I would want every employee to be just like him
