Their service was great, *** was an excellent technician

We had no heat Called Burton, it was after hours but *** showed up quickly He found a bad part, replaced it and we had heat again He came back the next day to check over the rest of the system, found another bad part which is on order Fast, friendly service!

Both ***, the dispatcher, and ***, the technician, were courteous and professional*** provided the service I requested and did a thorough job

I feel that Burton is guilty of and misleading advertising They are constantly advertising their $** service calls but when they come out, you have to buy something else more expensive to get that price We called them for the simplest job a Plumber can do, unplugging a Bathroom stool, and their charge was $*** Besides all that, the Plumber spent most of his time trying to sell us all kinds of expensive upgrades that are totally unnecessary

I requested help with some electrical problems in our home The service was beyond exceptional Excellent follow up and follow through on the company's part I received advance notice by phone and email as to who was doing the actual work...name and picture and when he would arrive, again email and phone message I am alone quite a bit and this was helpful in allaying any fears of people working in and around my home ***, the electrician was one of the nicest, most pleasant people to ever work in our home We have an old home so work is constant! He was so professional in every respect that I will request him personally for any future work The work was done in an efficient manner and we are very pleased with all components related to this work Great company!

We installed a gas furnace years ago and an AC this year Bother experiences were excellent Our AC started losing its ability to cool so we called Burton The technician, *** was very thorough in testing everything The team who did the installation of the new system was excellent I have no complaints at all about the entire experience

*** was the drain tech that came to my house to help with a plumbing problem I was having He was so helpful in that he presented me with the different types of services Burton provides once he looked at the problems I was havingHe was extremely knowledgable and explained what he was doing and why I really felt I could trust him Before he and his partner left they went through each of the areas they had worked on and made sure they were all working properly I know that if I have another problem, it is he that I would ask to come out and help He was very professional
