I really appreciate the excellent service and customer oriented attitude of both [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] is one of the most polite and friendly technicians we have encountered. He took his time to explain things to us and provided some very helpful tips. It is a pleasure to do business with a company who has employees like these two.

Burton Plumbing provided fast service and took care of the clog. [redacted] scheduled the service call exactly when we needed it and [redacted] provided excellent, knowledgeable service quickly.

The technician was fine, but he quoted me a fee of $[redacted] to change the pad on the humidifier...I declined the service and cleaned and replaced the pad in the humidifier for much less.

I had a problem with a clogged drain. When I called Burton, [redacted] helped me get a tech out asap. [redacted] arrived within two hours. After looking at the problem,he gave me several options for repair. He finished the job quickly and and gave me a two year warranty on his work.

Responded quickly. Very professional from start to finish. Provided the most cost effective solution to my plumbing problem.

Everyone at Burton is always very professional and knowledgeable. The Technician, [redacted], who worked on my system was exceptionally good. He explained what he had to do and how the testing was progressing.

I was very satisfied with his work and the experience of having the Burton Company continue to service my heating and air conditioning systems.

I had a delay by a few hours getting my tech out due to mix up in dispatch. But when my tech [redacted] showed up. He was professional and very friendly. He took care of my plumbing needs.

[redacted] did a thorough job investigating our main pipeline. He was very considerate to our financial situation. He provided outstanding customer service by smiling, being friendly, and just all around a good honest person. He was dressed nicely, and looked professional.

He offered us several price points with similar solutions to the problem. They differed in cost per month, warranty mostly. The problem did not offer many options in terms of solution but there was a lot to consider on warranty.

After he left, I felt much better about everything considering how bad the problem was. All around fantastic job. Will always call this company with any problem I encounter in the future.
