Everybody I dealt with at Burton was incredible, friendly and knowledgableThe technician (***.) was really helpful and took time to explain a few things to me that I had zero previous knowledge onThe repair that he was called out for was simple and he was honest about it and didn't try to pull a fast one on me in an attempt to charge for something that wasn't neededI certainly appreciated that honesty, which can be hard to come by these daysBurton will now be my go to choice here on out! Well done team Burton!

Office staff was freindly, courteous, and very responsive to my needs I was placed in contact with a technition as soon as one was available The technition came to my home within the hour, diagnosed my problem, and quickly resolved the issue I was very pleased with both the office staff and the technition

We have used Burton for at least the last five years and have paid the monthly service fee The technicians overall that have provided basic service have been wonderful Our recent experience has been horrible We spent thousands on a new A/C unit a year ago It has stopped working twice now in two weeks After the first time, the technician said was a minor fix Today, it stopped again We're told they can make it out sometime tomorrow (at their convenience, of course) as our daycare kids and our kids sweat today, tonight and tomorrow while we wait This appears to be a larger issue that either technicians can't identify or this is patch-work on a model that is a lemon or the company does not want to replace We shouldn't be put on the bottom of the service list when this is the second issue in two weeks and we're talking about a new unit that we purchased on Burton's recommendation A company with integrity would replace the unit asap We'll see how they respond but this recent experience has been very negative

Our service technician (***) made our annual air conditioning assessment--he was very thorough in his assessment--he detailed some of the issues and potential issues that we were facing on an old unit--he presented me with possible choices I could make--he was not in a hurry and did not pressure me to choose the most expensive option

While I might consider the prices to be a little high, I must complement the service The Plumbing Technician, ***, arrived just a few hours after I called He proved to be very competent and professional in both correcting the original problem and in correcting for my previous faulty attempt at do-it-yourself A very good company representative

Hired Burton to clear a squirrel from my main line After listening to a hour upsell the technician went to work He proceeded to puncture my elbow joint and flooded my basement and kitchen ceiling He turned off my water and said I would need to schedule a plumber from Burton to come out and look at it Burton tried to charge me for the plumber even though the job was under warranty I filed with my insurance company who attempted to recover from BurtonThey said Burton was not insured and I could not recover my deductibleTerrible experience, no communication from Burton If your plumbing is hurting the last person to call is Burton

We had a horrible smell when we walked into our house and our furnace had turned itself off and wouldn't come back on We called Burton and had someone out to our house in less then minutes!!!! And this was after 7pm at night!!!!!
*** came to our house and was personable, friendly, and knew his HVAC He narrowed the problem down to three things and luckily the part he had was the part that fixed it! What I appreciate the most is his honesty and recommendations about our furnace I felt comfortable with him and felt he wasn't trying to sell us anything or force any recommendations upon us, but was simply giving us good education on our furnace

***' came out to service my A/C which was not working properly and was only a year old and under warranty ***' has been to my home a few times and is always prompt, great communication, does great work, always is straight forward, and a very nice guy I use Burton for all of my A/C, Heating, and some electrical maintenance
