Bought an item on ebay, item was going to be shipped to wrong address, tried to cancel, emailed with no response

I purchased a brand new Samsung UN70KU4K UHD TV from buydig.comThe TV arrived with damaged with black screen with broken linesIt is either defected TV or damaged in the shippingI contacted buydig to request a return of the damaged TV on the day of the deliveryBuydig kept going in circle to ask me to contact Samsung for fixing the damaged TVI contacted Samsung customer service but Samsung refused to repair or replace the TV and blamed on buydig for damaged in shipping which they do not cover under their warrantyI contacted the buydig again to return the TV but Buydig keep refusing to take the damaged TV back, attempted to refuse to reimburse me for selling damaged TV which is as not as describedBuydig is selling the TV which was Not As DescribedI wasted too much time to contact the buydig and samsung on this purchaseThis is the worst experience ever on buying thing from buydigBuydig DO NOT stand behind their satisfaction guaranteeThey are the worst online seller who took the money and ran awayThis is a scam sellerI would never buy any item from buydig again and do not recommend to anyone

We are willing to work with you we can refund you for the product which was already done just today The reason this takes long is we need to investigate, we are sorry that it takes this long

According to your last message that I will get refunded due to your error I have read a lot of customers complains about your shipping issues and they gor refunded I realize that message was a big fat lie and to me that is bad business etiquette to lie to your customersI will do everything that this gets out to everyone that your company lies and don't do business with you

I purchased a Samsung 40" TV I received it within days It was super easy to install My husband is out of town and I am not technically inclined but I was able to put it together and set it up in minutes Love the picture I am very pleased
