they have called and apologized the day that I entered survey in their systemthe name of the rep was charles s, his
number was *** *** and email is ***i didnt ask him to credit me the difference between new and old item but he acknowledged that it was not a regular practice and me- having the same issue twice was alerting and they would stop selling the same item until it is checked entirelythey cannot act like they have never heard of iti am sure that they have it in their systemi have already mailed back the first used item, but kept the second one

I purchased a Phantom Advanced package deal including an extra battery and Aluminum caseThe phantom came a little longer than stated but the case and battery were back orderedOf course they don't tell you that when you buyWaited a week and finally got shipping confirmationI was happyA few days went by and I received the package with the wrong case, a backpack case that I do not need or wantContacted them and got a robot responsedays have gone by and they have not addressed the issueI also purchased lens filters from them that the camera on the Phantom could not supportI requested a refund and have not heard back from themTheir website says "be the first to write a review" on the lens filtersI wrote a review so someone else wouldn't throw $away and they did not post itI'm guessing there are many negative reviews about that product and they take them down so as to keep making their money on an inferior productI should have read the reviews firstNo more BuyDig.com for sure

After much delay - I finally reached someone who understood my frustration - and followed through with a refund.  I appreciate their help - but may think twice before ordering from them again.

I am rejecting this response because I did not receive my package in the amount of time that was promised, and then was told this product was out of stock,...

yet it was still featured on the site available for shipping next day. I requested my order be refunded in full because I do not believe this business is operating honestly. I received my refund, and will never order from the site again. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I was notified 12/12/15 that my money was being refunded to my Credit Card and it should take 3 - 5 business days to reach my account, 12/12/15 BuyDig was closed, so how could they issue my refund? It was a "form" type email generated on a day in which the company was closed, it finally reached my account on 12/20/15 @ 7:00 PM EST, it took as long as it did the first refund, 8 DAYS!!! This company has no scruples, tries to keep monies as long as possible and are rude to you on the phone, especially the Billing Dept. They think they have the right to hold up monies for their own good!!

I am rejecting this response because:
BuyDig needs to admit to its unethical business...

practice.  They try to impose policies regarding purchases that are contrary to those posted on their website.  In this instance, customer service repeatedly indicated that they do not allow product exchanges, only return/re-purchase.  On the website they offer exchanges.
I will not consider this complaint as closed/resolved until I have received the rebate for the item purchased.

How was my case?
I did not receive any answer from buydig.com.
There is nothing resolved.
"We are currently investigating the issue we will get back to you once we have an answer.  "
This is buydig's last message.

I purchased a printer from BuyDig during the Christmas holidays. By the time I got the printer connected and realized it was defective, I was past BuyDig's return policy so I was left to deal with HP. I submitted the serial number to HP and found out that this was an old printer, out of warranty. BuyDig had presented this as a new item when it was really an old, defective printer and they knew that when they sold it to me. BuyDig also doesn't put a date anywhere on their receipt so that it makes it even more difficult to provide date of purchase when trying to get warranty issues figured out.

In response to the customers complaint, we have refunded the customer in full
