We confirmed the customers funds were refunded

First, I have purchased from this company in the past, not great and not badHowever the last issue was on Decwhen they sent me a $coupon since I had just made an order from themI went ahead and ordered two tea kettles and paid the rest through paypal using my ccI was suppose to get an email of my order but never did and since it's the first time I use paypal with them, I checked paypal and saw the chargeit also appeared on my cc right away with "BUYDIG" in the titleI waited days and nothingI contacted them and provided paypal transaction ID (along all info I have) and explained to themThere might have been a glitch somewhereThey blamed on paypal and claimed I never paid anythingObviously they did not check paypal to see the charge that I paid unless there is another company by that name and also a different paypal address being used through their websiteI asked them to check and if they can't find the order, please refund the moneyThey refused and told me to call PaypalSince then, I have to contact my cc to dispute this amount

So sorry for this confusion we will go ahead and send a prepaid shipping label right now via email

because:As I stated, the issue was never that the packages were not deliveredThe issue was that the content of the packages was not what I had orderedWhether it was an issue at BuyDig's warehouse, or during the transportation of the package, I am not sureBut the fact of the matter is that I never received the items I had orderedThe issue that was back in was similar and for that, BuyDig went through through the proper channels and ran a trace through the shipping carrier, thus reaching a proper resolution that the items were in fact missing or lost during the transportation of the packageFor this one, you did not follow the proper channels that BuyDig was suppose to followJust because it happened years ago, doesn't mean it will never happen againThe order previous to this one was a 42" HDTV that I had received without any issuesI ordered the item, and I received the itemI was satisfied, however, this time around, I was missing a few itemsWhen a customer orders items, it is BuyDig's job to make sure the customer gets those exact itemsIf they don't BuyDig should research and find out why they didn'tThe only third party during this entire transaction is the shipping carrier that BuyDig should have asked and inquired withThey failed to do that within the allowed time frame that the shipping carrier requires it to.When the packages are delivered to me, I can't simply open them prior to signing for it and make sure all the items are inside itI would have to sign for it before I can open itUpon opening it, I realized the items were missingThat is the issue for this situationJust because the signature is there, does not mean that the content of the package is correct***, ***, or ***, do not allow anyone to open the packages prior to signing for itTo say that I had signed for the packages as a proof that I received the items is ridiculousAgain, I request that you look into this again and ask the shipping carrier about the missing itemsI spoke to them back in and they reached a conclusion that the items were lost in shipmentBut BuyDig refused to ask *** regarding this deliveryI have purchased from BuyDig a few times and in the past 3-years, I've had issues twice and on other occasions, everything was fineMistakes happen and errors happenWhether this was a warehouse mistake during shipping or the carriers mistake during transportation, I do not knowBut I am telling you what I know for a fact, which is that the items were missing

The order was refunded to the credit card used.
The order was a fraudulent purchase and was cancelled and refunded to the credit card used

today I received the package of the second order.The package was put in front of my door.because nobody at home.so I don't know how to reject the package.I don't think they
can solve the problem,so I will ask my friend to receive the package.I choose to buy the luggage.I don't need the refund.That's all.The complain is solved

Once I checked the cart after clicking the "add to cart" button I saw the incorrect price and emailed the companyThat's when the email trail began I never got a chance to place
