I purchased a brand new Samsung UN70KU6300 4K UHD TV from buydig.com. The TV arrived with damaged with black screen with broken lines. It is either defected TV or damaged in the shipping. I contacted buydig to request a return of the damaged TV on the day of the delivery. Buydig kept going in circle to ask me to contact Samsung for fixing the damaged TV. I contacted Samsung customer service but Samsung refused to repair or replace the TV and blamed on buydig for damaged in shipping which they do not cover under their warranty. I contacted the buydig again to return the TV but Buydig keep refusing to take the damaged TV back, attempted to refuse to reimburse me for selling damaged TV which is as not as described. Buydig is selling the TV which was Not As Described. I wasted too much time to contact the buydig and samsung on this purchase. This is the worst experience ever on buying thing from buydig. Buydig DO NOT stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. They are the worst online seller who took the money and ran away. This is a scam seller. I would never buy any item from buydig again and do not recommend to anyone

We are so sorry that this occurred...there was am error in the system. Once this comes back to us we will refund your account the full amount. I sincerely apologize for the automated response there was a mistake that should not have been sent.. we love our customers...

 Buydig.com is.  Please honor your policy posted on website.  As a consumer, I shouldn't have to pay for defective items.  I did return the TV at my own expense.

BuyDig is at fault for refusing to help. Item was signed for but not by the buyer since it was misdilivered by [redacted]. This is a case of poor customer service by BuyDig.

I am rejecting this response because:They say this is passing the claim time, but in fact it is not. I reported this case to Buydig very early in December 2014, but they turned me down at that time with a invalid reason. I...

tried to solve this case in other ways, after that, but they didn't work. That's why I reclaim this case to them in March 2015. And according to the information I get, a Fedex case solving time frame is about 6 months, they still have the right to file the claim with Fedex for me, this is still solvable. All they need to do is to make a call to the Fedex manager, but they don't want to do that to me. Buydig is just doing this to protect their profit and cover up the fault Fedex made.

Show me an [redacted] order where there is an order number associated with it. I am a long time buyer and seller on [redacted], no such [redacted] order number exists.

We went ahead and spoke with the customer and took care of the issue.. 
 
the customer is now getting refunded.

We are willing to work with you. 
we can refund you for the product which was already done just today. 
The reason this takes long is we need to investigate, we are sorry that it takes this long.

We have spoke with the customer. We sent the customer an exchange via 3 day air as agreed. We apologize for the trouble, and have worked this out.
