The recall was for structural reinforcement of the rear

You purchased Journey in June of with 70,miles on itYou have it for over a year and you put over miles in a yearSince August of till June the Journey was never brought into our shop for any maintenance at all or problemsIn that time you put miles on your Journey with zero problemsSo I'm really trying to understand your statementEastchester has no idea what maintenance was done in that time frameTen months you never came inIf you are so unhappy I would speak to Chrysler CorporationEastchester Chrysler Jeep didn't do anything wrong

I made an appointment with Eastchester Chrysler on 7/*/which I test driver a wrangler My credit was ran on the same day we came to an agreement and a I made a deposit The next day I went back in to talk to the sales manager and look over my dealSo far everything was going well he told me to pick up the car the next day I transferred my insurance over to the new car got all the documents over to the sales rep like they asked On Friday I went in to pick up my new car but was told that the finance manager had to talk to me which I was ok with After mins the finance manager came to get me he brings me into the office and tells me that I need a co signers I was not happy that this is all coming up at this time as I should been told this on the first day my credit was ran so I asked to talk to the manager Mr Wess w [redacted] comes in the office and I start to talk he stops me and tells me to sit down to talk I told him I rather stand At that point he tells me if I don't sit he won't talk to me he treatment was not professional he shut me down and did not let me get a word in all I wanted was to understand why I wasn't told of this issue from the start since my credit was ran on the first day I asked for his business card and he told me he's not giving me one I asked him for his managers name and he dismissed me As I walk out the sales rep stop me to ask what happened and I told him I asked home for the owners name and phone and he siad the receptionist can give me that info ad I'm talking to the receptionist Mr Wess W [redacted] comes out his office and shout across the show room ' everyone disburse ' all the employees around me got up and walked away alienating me My experience at Eastchester Chrysler was very negative I felt humiliated by not by the sales reps but by management if I am to rate Mr Wess professionalism on a scale from to it will be a I am a manager in my line of business and I will never treat a customer in that mannerI will be reporting this to the attorney general and also the CEO of Chysler Mr Sergio M [redacted] Mr Wess told me he's been a manager for over 20yrs it's hard to tell his way of bullying customer might of work 10yrs ago but times have change he need to get with the program and shame on his managers as well that they are not observing the way he treats his customers

Upon [redacted] coming to our dealer we attempted to get her a loan for a vehicle of choiceBased on the fact that we needed to go to a secondary finance source ( Credit Acceptance Corp.), our selection of acceptable vehicles that we could sell and not lose /> thousands of dollars on was limited [redacted] was given choices of automobiles, with varying down payment optionsBased on her available down payment, this was the vehicle that she selected after a test drive and presentation of price, monthly payments, and interest rateThe visit that [redacted] *** had with our service department resulted in us fixing the requested items that malfunctionedAfter a few months, [redacted] visited a local repair shop and they had suggested some work be done and gave an outrageous quote of over $This vehicle was not in need of such maintenance, and after we offered to look at this car in our shop she declinedIt is not our business practice to just pay for repair costs with out diagnosing the car hereAfter her refusal to work with us, there is not much we can do at this pointNever have we declined services to [redacted] ***, and this vehicle was selected by her and her husband on the day of purchaseNothing was forcedPlease advise how I can alleviate the situation, Thank you

I spoke to [redacted] a few times and Eastchester made the payment to the bank that was quoted to usOur deal was calculated with paying off the $on the NissanUnfortunately Nissan must of quoted us the wrong payoff [redacted] knew the exact dollar amount we were payingHe signed off on it [redacted] was sitting in front of the salesperson when he called Nissan and received the payoff [redacted] and Eastchester thought we were paying the remaining payments on the leaseThe bank gave us wrong informationEastchester completed its contractual obligation Thank You [redacted] ###-###-####

I spoke to [redacted] today and I think there was just some miscommunication [redacted] 's paperwork was located and he gave me his credit card numberHis refund will be processed today Thank You [redacted]

I have offered to go on a test drive to listen her concerns. But she refuses. All she wants to do is complain. This was sent to several subprime banks and approved by one. She accepted the terms and the vehicle. Read and signed every document.

The business has not offered any compensation for rescheduling appointments that were missed as a direct result of their failure to notify us 3. The business has offered no apologies for the difficulty of speaking with them, nor the rudeness of their manager in hanging up the call. 4. Furthermore, the insurance informed me telephonically that the identification card was correct and the DMV would have accepted the third version sent, despite Eastchester's claims to the contrary. I called the company twice since filing my complaint and was told they'd look into it and get back to me, and have the service department get in touch with me, but they've yet to do so, the car has started acting up and I'm beginning to get really worried, just yesterday a car dashed in front of me as I was changing lanes and I was unable to stop it on time and wound up having an accident, it was only a fender bender and no one was hurt,but whose to say I'll be so lucky next time, my fiance was shaken up pretty bad behind that, I need to have this issue resolved before me and my family are seriously injured

This is totally false, I have all the approval bank letters from numerous banksAlso the ** never offered to take a ride in my truckHe is a liar and so is everyone in this dealershipMy truck is in a mechanic today and it's been in there since ThursdayI will pursue this further and will not rest until this ** is fired and held accountable for selling me a defective truckAnd for his salesman *** *** and *** from financial will also be held accountable This dealership has numerous complaints and their reviews are very sad So Revdex.com this is going nowhere and I will pursue this legallyI'm done with taking his lies and statementsI have all the proof and also all the approval letters from numerous banks with lower payments and lower rates
