Yes, actually, I would like for them to be penalized in some way.  Apparently, after doing some more research they continuously do this and they show no signs of stopping.  They apparently have lied to other customers regarding payments and interest rates, according to what I'm...

reading.  I also this morning looked on line AGAIN and found the SAME CAR I was lied to about last night, and it shows it is STILL available for purchase.  I then contacted them via a different email address for myself to which they responded stating they would be more than happy to show me the vehicle, when can I come in for a test drive.  So, they obviously purposely lie to their customers, via the web page as well as communication, on what is available and what is not.  That car does not exist and they leave it on their website, for an EXTREMELY cheap price, and monthly amount and tell the customer they can come in and purchase it, when it's not even there.I would love it if there were some sort of reprimand that could be done, so that this does NOT continue to happen.  They sincerely should be shut down.

I filled out information on a car back in the summer of last year then I decided to not follow up I got over 100 calls and emails saying to come in and you will leave with a car. So me and my wife talk about it and decided to come and check it out. Before we came in we told the lady that we don't have good credit and everything. She said it wasn't a problem everyone gets approve.
So we go in and sit down with a sales rep. He ask us what kind of car and I told them so we go test drive the car and come back me and my wife filled out paperwork and we wasn't approve that we needed a couple signer so my father n law comes and Co sign we was told by the sales rep that his credit was good and we didn't need a down payment. So after 3 hours of waiting he comes back and tells us that there was some banks that approve us and that the finance person was gathering more information. While we are waiting the sales rep is assuring us that we will get the car and drive off. After another five hours of waiting he comes to us and say that there is no approval. Wait.. didn't he say five hours ago we got approved. He told us to wait the next day to see what his finance person can do.
I'm a US veteran who just recently came back from overseas on my 2nd deployment. And I'm now disabled veteran. Why lie and say you was approved and then wait 5 hours and tell us we wasn't and that we have to wait. He is the [redacted] kicker we put down 100$ for the plates so I ask for my money back he tells me oh you have to pick up a refund check next week. ARE YOU [redacted] KIDDING ME I DON'T GET A CAR THAT IS GOING TO HELP ME GET TO MY APPOINTMENTS AT THE VA. AND RECEIVE THE MEDICAL TREATMENT I NEED BUT I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK. What kind of dealership is this.
This is how you treat people. This is how you treat veterans who fought for this country are you out of your minds. I have pretty bad experiences with dealerships in NYC but my God this is the worst. So now I can't get to any of my appointments that I need to go to because these bone heads. Say one thing and it's another I can't believe this. My wife cried the whole way back because she knew how I felt and it shouldn't be like that. And also we was there for 8 hours EIGHT HOURS. With no food no nothing this place is pathetic. I hope they can't sleep after what they done.

I spoke to [redacted] a few times and Eastchester made the payment to the bank that was quoted to us. Our deal was calculated with paying off the $2040 on the Nissan. Unfortunately Nissan must of quoted us the wrong payoff. [redacted] knew the exact dollar amount we were paying. He signed off on...

it. [redacted]  was sitting in front of the salesperson when he called Nissan and received the payoff. [redacted] and Eastchester thought we were paying the remaining payments on the lease. The bank gave us wrong information. Eastchester completed its contractual obligation.

[Good Afternoon Revdex.com. Although I was eventually furnished with copy of the 125-point inspection sheet on 8/*/2014, I was not aware that my Jeep was re-inspected as stated in the business response. I would like to be furnished with a copy of the re-inspection that took place as stated by the business, and what specifically was inspected and what kind of inspection was conducted. I would also like to receive confirmation that my front struts where actually replaced with new ones. Furthermore, my back struts remain on back order as per the dealership. My Jeep also was not Detailed as it should had been when I purchased it for pick up as it was suppose to be. I am scheduled to bring it in on 8/**/2014 to the dealership and hopefully it is done this time around.  So in response to the this inquiry, I still need my concerns addressed to my satisfication. You purchased 2010 Journey in June of 2013 with  70,238 miles on it. You have it for over a year and you put over 23000 miles in a year. Since August of 2013 till June 2014 the Journey was never brought into our shop for any maintenance at all or problems. In that time you put 16000 miles on your Journey with zero problems. So I'm really trying to understand your statement. Eastchester has no idea what maintenance was done in that time frame. Ten months you never came in. If you are so unhappy I would speak to Chrysler Corporation. Eastchester Chrysler Jeep didn't do anything wrong.

It defies belief that any business can speak this way to their customers and still be in business. The tone of these responses is public proof of the sheer rudeness and lack of professionalism of this business.
The amounts claimed are exact reimbursements of the expenses incurred by Eastchester CJD's incompetence in this matter. This is obvious to anyone reading my claims. Were your "apology" in any way sincere, you would have jumped at the opportunity to fix the damage caused by your negligence.

Her money has been refunded. I'm sorry that all the confusion was going on and we were unable to sell her a car.

I purchase a car at this establishment and I was cheated on this deal, now that I want to trade out they are still unprofessional and although they have called me back no one has provided me with the documents needed. This dealership its not recommended at all, they adversite a car with no gadgets for 26,000 and then they charge you 31,000 and add extra fees of tons of insurances and contract which is not explained and now the final price from 26,000 goes to 31,000 to 58,000 come on really. no one has the decency to resolve the matter, no one can explain the added fees to the other dealership that I am trying to do the trade out, you can heard the back and forth unprofessionalism of 3 different Manager he spoken to Rafael, Roberto and sales person Melanie wow. its unbeliable.

Upon [redacted] coming to
our dealer we attempted to get her a loan for a vehicle of choice. Based on the
fact that we needed to go to a secondary finance source ( Credit Acceptance
Corp.), our selection of acceptable vehicles that we could sell and not lose

thousands of dollars on was limited. [redacted] was given 3 choices of
automobiles, with varying down payment options. Based on her available down
payment, this was the vehicle that she selected after a test drive and
presentation of price, monthly payments, and interest rate. The visit that [redacted]
[redacted] had with our service department resulted in us fixing the requested items
that malfunctioned. After a few months, [redacted] visited a local repair shop
and they had suggested some work be done and gave an outrageous quote of over
$1000. This vehicle was not in need of such maintenance, and after we offered
to look at this car in our shop she declined. It is not our business practice
to just pay for repair costs with out diagnosing the car here. After her refusal
to work with us, there is not much we can do at this point. Never have we
declined services to [redacted], and this vehicle was selected by her and her
husband on the day of purchase. Nothing was forced. Please advise how I can alleviate
the situation, Thank you.
