The vehicle was brought back to the dealership to repair a minor chip at no cost to the consumerWe will still repair what was promisedIf he is missing or have misplaced any copies of your documentation, I can provide all of the copies pertaining to the customers purchase againThis includes the following: buyers order, bill of sale, vehicle invoice, odometer statementAll of the disclosed financial figures, V.I.N., year, make, model, and customer information are on all of these documentsI can email these docs directly to the customer with the Revdex.com agent attached to confirm they have been receivedI can not comply with your original request to alter the numbers based on some type of tax savingsWhat you paid is what I can provePlease let me know if you need all docs resent, I do not know how else I can be of serviceBarry

The business is completely missing the point I am not attempting to renegotiate the price for the vehicle My complaint clearly states that the issue at hand is the failure of the business to issue proper documentation required to bring the car to Ecuador, specifically, an itemized invoice clearly stating the base price/MSRP of the vehicle plus the extras The business and its representatives knew from the get go of this critical piece of documentation we required to proceed with the purchase Not only they had this information but they compromised and offered to issue such documentation in the manner requested That was a deal-braker for us With this knowledge, however, the dealer and its employees deliberately engaged in deceitful sales practices just to ensure their end of the deal is met We have NO vehicle as it was damaged, plus, once we get it, we won't be able to take it back to our country The dealers response continues to add insult to injury by just chosing to send a boiler plate response which evidently reflects their lack of interest in serving their customers need I'd like to reiterate that I'm not looking to renegotiate the terms of a transaction, I expected all along the dealer and its associates to meet their compromise and issued the proper documentationIf they were not going to be able to fulfill my request, they could have easily expressed that and I would have taken my business elsewhere Instead, they blatantly lied over and over again

They continue to reschedule me for my dealership apptsas they claim there are too many cars currently in the service departmentI have not received any communiation regarding status of the order of my back struts, that I had been waiting for over a month nowI brought my Jeep in on august *, and picked it up on august **,with issues still not repairedMy compliants still have not been resolvedI had purchased this Jeep on 7/*/and it is now 9/*/and it has been a less than pleasant experience at this dealership.Please help me gain some resolve in holding this dealership accountable for the repairsThank you in advance.[Your Answer Here]

The complaint has not been resolved because the dealership is waiting on *** to send a Goodwill Package with the terms of the new offer. So far I have selected a new vehicle but the terms of the package offered will determine how much is the new monthly payment. I anticipate that we are close to a deal but I need to know how much my monthly payment difference will be because that is my measure of whether or not the deal is fairI'm looking forward to resolving this issue so I can move on with my life because this has caused me a lot of stress

I have no issues with the repair, nor with the price as stated before It is preposterous that you are in fact stating in your response that my original request is one to "alter numbers based on some type of tax savings" You and all individuals at Eastchester Chrysler invlolved in the transaction know very well what took place and what was asked from me Your sales manager Jeff F* after verbally assaulting and harrassing my wife, finally apologized when he realized she was on the phone with Jeep regarding the issues transpired at your dealership MrF* even said that he will "fire the two sales associates who lied to us" so, please do not attempt to turn the tables now and wrongfully accused me of asking you to "alter numbers"
My ask at all times was very simple I was requesting and itemized bill stating the base price of the vehicle plus any and all extras included However, this issue is almost irrelevant as we have learned the company, Jeep, that their policy prevents exporting new vehicles out of the country You and your associates are well aware of this company policy which, apparently, you blatantly disregarded to proceed with a fraudelent transaction assuring me: 1) that I wold be able to take the vehicle out of the country, and 2) that you would provide an itemized bill You and/or your associates were in the obligation to inform of this policy soonafter I mentioned my and my family moving out of the country by the end of September and our desire to bring with us a new vehicle I have requested Jeep to escalate this grievance and as I am a shareholder as well, I will be reaching out to investor relations as soon as Jeep assigns a case number Please do not continue to paraphrase your sales manager, MrF*, when this past Wednesday afternoon he yelled in front of customers and employees "you are forcing my franchise to break the State and Federal laws!You want to avoid taxes here and in your countryYou paid cash! Where did you get the funds?!..."
I understand drive and ambition in business but, lack o ethics, morality and basic decency, I do not.

The claim is due to millageI had to drive on the car until it could be taken backThey are counting a week in #of days which included a weekend and they couldnt even get me in since they said they were bookedThis vehicle is a work vehicle that requires use days a week which is why the millage is on there.

I only gave the car back because it was not driveable and I couldn't afford to have the Nyc Department of Traffic end up towing my broken vehicleYou guys are crooks and I came there along with my husband before returning the car only to be told there was nothing that could be doneI will never rest until you guys are out of businessIts a shame that you can sell vehicles that are so poor that they should not be on the roadUnless you are willing to pay my remaining balance with the finance company, I will haunt you with in the line of the Law! I plan to take to social media as well as call all the media stations in our area until everyone knows what crooks you are! You can be as nice as you want to be on the phone and on this but when I came there and spoke to ***, ***, as well are your former employees *** and *** I was told to pay more money or go home with my broken smoking vehicle! and when I told you I was going to get a lawyer you told me to leave
