I have offered to go on a test drive to listen her concerns. But she refuses. All she wants to do is complain. This was sent to several subprime banks and approved by one. She accepted the terms and the vehicle. Read and signed every document.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! WILL ROB YOU BLIND.

- Purchased a vehicle by salesman Manual in 2014 and it went completely down south. My boyfriend and I had no driver’s license when we went to see cars. We spent 8 hours in here learning about what needed to be done. LONG STORY SHORT, they wanted to complete a SALE. They decided to be SNEAKY and put the insurance to vehicle under a person’s name who was not present at the time. Soon to come find out after having an accident that my insurance was not covering it because THE DEALERSHIP had put it under someone’s name who was NOT AUTHROIZED. THIS IS ILLEGAL. We decide to follow up with them and their horrible customer service after telling them we will proceed to SUE, they decided to hang up.

-OUR LAWYERS say that they will handle the matter, THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT LET US leave a dealership with neither of them present with LISECNCE.
-For Insurance FRAUD and not collecting proper DATA.

I ADVISE everyone to not PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. LISTEN and READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS PEOPLE LEAVE HERE. This place is a SCAMMMMMM.

Review: I went to this dealership on 11/*/2015. I was negotiating leasing a Dodge Grand Caravan 2016. I left a refundable deposit of $500 and was told that I would be contacted the next day to sign the paperwork. The salesman, Alberto T[redacted], calls and leaves me a message that their system is down and that I should not come into the dealership because the paperwork was not ready. From that initial call, I did not hear back from the salesman until almost a week later. He claimed that my file was lost (a concern for me because that file has the personal information of me and my husband) and that his phone was broken so that he did not have any way of getting in contact with me. However, I had sent him an email with my pay stub, that he could have used to contact me. I go back to the dealership on 11/**/2015. Spoke with Mr. T[redacted] and he said my paperwork was still not ready but that their financial guy was working on the forms. He had me waiting for over an hour--he failed to tell me that he was working with another client. At this point, I did not want to further my business with this establishment and just wanted to get my $500 refund. I spoke with the General Manager, Roberto N[redacted], and he assured me that I would have my money by Monday, November **, 2016. I tried to reach Mr. N[redacted] on Monday and he was conveniently absent that day. I left several messages on his voicemail and he has yet to contact me. I also tried to speak to another sales manager but kept getting transferred to different voicemails. No one at the dealership seemed to try to help me get my money back. Also, the dealership keeps making unauthorized credit inquiries. I have credit tracker through my bank and I get notifications every time there is a change in my credit report. I am concerned that this dealerships constant unauthorized credit inquiries will affect my credit negatively. It is now Tuesday, November 17, 2015 and I have yet to get any help from this dealership. I have had to contact my bank and they are conducting an investigation to help me retrieve my money. This business is not trustworthy and harmful to someone, like me, that is trying to rebuild her credit history.

Response:

Good morning,

I am writing to indicate my desired outcome for my complaint. I would like for the outcome to be my refund of $500. Also, I would want for the dealership to stop any further credit inquiries, as this would be a detriment to my credit history. Tell us why here...

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Chystler in Aug 2014, which was a 2015 200 model. About 3mos into purchasing the car I started having technical issues. The first of many was that the car shut off all controls while I was driving home from work on the I95 south heading home. The vehicle completely shut down without warning which almost cost me to have an accident as a car behind me almost ran in the rear of my vehicle due to the sudden stop. After several minutes of turning the car on and off the vehicle started driving at a slow pace. This happens twice and the 2nd time I had my then 5mos old baby in the back seat. Ive taken the vehicle to them numerous times before they were able to find what might have caused the issue. The transmission was changed. The check engine light came on numerous times and they were unable to come up with a diagnosis. The car drove ok for a few months after the transmission got changed then the engine light start coming back on. Then on 7/**/2015 the car abruptly shuts off again. It is currently at the dealer since 7/**/15. I have contacted their headquarters to buy back the catr and they are giving me a run around. They have displayed poor customer service behaviour numerous times. I am currently assigend to a case manager who every time I call her direct extension and leave numerous messages I hardly ever receive a call back. No one has called me to give me an update or any current information as of today.Desired Settlement: My desired resolution is to be absolved of all responsibilities for their problem vehicle. I have no confidence in their product and I am afraid of ever driving this car again especially with my young child in the car. I need for Chrystler to buy back their vehicle and relieve me of the contract. Ive made several compalints and I feel like the matter is taken lightly.I have tried to resolve the issue with them but due to poor lack of communication on their part the issue is currently unresolved.

Review: I was sold a lemon back in March 2015. The used car has been back and forth to service about 6 times and counting but they still have not seemed to rectify the underlying problems, reimburse me for this purchase, place me into another viable vehicle, or buy the lemon back. Not to mention "management" has given me the run around. I've had the vehicle in my possession for a cumulative total of about 2 and 1/2 weeks since I purchased it on March *, 2015.While driving the vehicle on 3 separate occasions it has threatened the lives of my passengers - most recently of my 13 month old and myself. The most recent incident occurring on July *, 2015. I was driving on the highway and attempted to apply the breaks and the car would not stop! I've since made the dealership aware, since I retrieved the vehicle from its service dept earlier that afternoon. They claim to be working diligently on getting me out of their deathtrap of a car but aren't taking sole responsibility for selling me a vehicle that had major issues to begin with. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Eastchester - the 1st being a brand new 2010 Dodge Journey, this last purchase a used 2005 Ford Explorer XLT. I was convinced back in 2010 that I was duped financially, but was unable to file a formal complaint because the business underwent new management. This time around I gave them a chance because their sales pitch lured me into a purchase: "pay the least in the east... With no money down... Bad credit, no credit, etc... You work and make at least $250/week..." Since the day of purchase I've been avoided by management and all other major parties involved. I ended up putting $1K down and have been waiting for a call from the General Manager since March *, 2015. Today is July **, 2015 and I have yet to be contacted, although issues with this vehicle continue to worsen and service has claimed to fix the issues and have the gull to put me back into a dangerous vehicle! I refuse to drive it, and they refuse to take it back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for all cost associated with the purchase and maintenance of this vehicle, or for the dealer to place me into another viable vehicle using the full purchase cost as a down payment for a newer vehicle, or to buy the lemon back to remove it off my credit report.

Extremely dishonest dealership. I went to this dealership to look at a 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 23k miles for $11k. First red flag that I encountered was that they wouldnt come down on price because they put "$1800" work in the car and that I was lucky that I wasn't paying it. Really? your suppose to sell good products to have a good reputation. They were promising prices even before my loan was approved and trying to emphasize that I had a repo on my credit, which I dont. After working the numbers out and finally getting the paperwork with the "real" numbers that I was going to pay. Which was around $14k with all the fees added and 18k for the whole loan term. They also tried to get me to close the deal even without test driving the car which was a major red flag. I told them I would return on Wednesday or Saturday to sign the paperwork.

On Monday Nov. ** I recieved a call saying that the car was ready to be picked up and I said I will be in town on saturday to pick up since I live on the CT/RI border. On Friday I recieved a call by another salesman (Jacob), telling me the vehicle was no longer for sale because they found out that the transmission was not good and to quote "no wonder it only has 23000 miles". I called and left a few voicemails and no call back. Now I have to fight and figure out how to get my deposit back. I will be filing a complaint if they don't refund my deposit. Stay away from this dishonest dealership.

I purchase a car at this establishment and I was cheated on this deal, now that I want to trade out they are still unprofessional and although they have called me back no one has provided me with the documents needed. This dealership its not recommended at all, they adversite a car with no gadgets for 26,000 and then they charge you 31,000 and add extra fees of tons of insurances and contract which is not explained and now the final price from 26,000 goes to 31,000 to 58,000 come on really. no one has the decency to resolve the matter, no one can explain the added fees to the other dealership that I am trying to do the trade out, you can heard the back and forth unprofessionalism of 3 different Manager he spoken to Rafael, Roberto and sales person Melanie wow. its unbeliable.

Review: On May **,2015 I took my car to be serviced due to the engine light remaining on. They assessed it and told me that Dual Stage Oil Pump Assembly needed to be replaced and a Fuel Injection Cleaning is needed. The repairs totaled $1815.29. I received my car back on Saturday, May **, 2015 and about 90 minutes later while driving, my car gave out! Gas was pouring out from underneath. I got the vehicle towed back to the location and on Monday, they assessed the issue and stated that the Fuel Line Locking Clip was not properly secured. This on their part is pure negligence. Thank God my daughter and I did not suffer any injuries. This location needs to be investigated for qualified mechanics.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should be reimbursed and/or fairly compensated for the reckless negligence that was imposed on my daughter and I.

Review: The dealership repaired the issue but admitted to fixing it wrong the engine blew that's why I bought the car in for repair because it is still under warranty they told us since they put it in wrong they have to order another part and they told us the part should be in by July [redacted] then they called us and told us now is going to be any time in August or September and now it's going on almost two months that I have not been with my vehicle my husband is losing money because he uses the car for work and now we are unable to make the car payment because of lost money that my husband is losing because the car is still in the shop please we really need the helpDesired Settlement: My desired outcome would be if they would just take this vehicle back and give us another one because in all honesty I do not trust their judgment or the workmanship on the car since they did the work wrong the first time and we didn't even have our vehicle for a year we purchased it in September of 2014

Review: on October ** 2015 went to see a jeep wrangler. at this dealer. we liked the jeep but had doubt about the price. so we told the sale man we like to check the credit union first, and they to us that they would not give me the information about the vehicle if I put down 100 dollar to hold. so we did. only under one condition, if I decide to change my mind or my credit union say no that I will get my refund back? they said I will get my refund back. and here we are now! on November **, 2015 "nothing" they broke their agreement with me, and I feel that I just got robber by them! I try to solve this matter got me no where. I call the manger that deal with refund, nothing. I call the manger of all the manger, nothing. call the sale guy that I dealt with, nothing. what next??Desired Settlement: all I want is my 100 dollar back. they owe me.

Review: I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I brought Certified Pre Owned with 7000 miles on it and has had trouble since I had it. I should have know that the first owner got rid of a 39,000 Jeep with only 7000 miles on it a 2014 at that. Another red flag was the price, they sold a 39,000 car for 22,000 and the Kelly Book value is24,000 to 25,000. These people know that there is something very wrong with this Jeep. There are so many complaints against them ripping off the consumer with these cars that have problems. Chryaler ia allow to keep selling them and NO one want to go up against them knowing that they are ripping the consumer with those problem cars.

The dashboard light goes on and off until it drains the battery. I Jeep has been towed 4 times and 3 or four time I drove it in for this problem. The dearlerlship keeps the car for a week then call me after charging up the battery to tell me that there is nothing wrong with the car. They have even called in special people to try to find out what this problem is and these specialist could not find out what the problem is and until this day my Jeep is at the dealership taken there by a flatbed. I have been talking with Chryler headquarters and they are telling me that we will try and fix it. But when? I need them to replace this Jeep or give me my money back that I put down on the car back. I can't tell the bank I'm holding the payments because of this, now can't I?Desired Settlement: Please either get my down payment back and take back their Jeep or give me another one with every thing the same.

Review: At the time of vehicle purchase, 10/**/15, I paid the dealership a fee of $75 to "save the trip to the DMV" and register and aquire plates for my vehicle. I also paid $250 registerion fee to the dealship with the promise that if the DMV charges less I will revieve a refund check. About a week later I revieved the registration in the mail. It was in an envelope from Eastchester eastchester chrysler jeep, not the NYS DMV. It was not useable, the ink was sumdged on the inside of the envelope and words were not readable, there was no other paper in the envelope. Multiple phonecalls/messages went unreturned. I stoped by the dealership and was told by [redacted] and [redacted] that the refund check for overpayment of regustration would be 'issued and recived in the mail'. They also told me that the registration was useable because 'the bacrode is the only thing that matters, once they [poliece/ticket writers] can scan the barcode that's all that matters". I was unsatisified with their response and let them know I will confirm with the DMV. I did not recieve the refund check in the mail and the DMV told me that I should not use the registration that I may be tickeded for having an unreadable registration. I needed to refill a request for registration.Desired Settlement: I absoutely did not 'skip the trip to the DMV' (as advertised on their sales form). I recieved a product that was not useable and give the company a chance to fix the issue. I had to take care of the issue myself at the DMV, I would like a refund for $75 service charge! The DMV only charged 221.50 for my 2 year registration, I would like to be refuneded for the difference as promised at time of sales.

Review: I made a deposit on a 2008 Ford Explorer of $1050 $750 off my debit card and $300 cash on March * 2015 I couldn't get the car cause the bank denied me a loan so I requested for a refund on March ** 2015 still this date my money wasent refunded at all every time I call it's I can't get in contact with any supervisor or manager and when I did go back to the dealer ship they sent out a check in someone else's name and two weeks they said they was going to refund it and I still haven't received anything and its been close to 3 months nowDesired Settlement: I would just like my money back and nothing to do with this business at all just my $1050 back

Review: I contacted the dealership to see about a vehicle. They told me I needed to come in to see it. I explained I live far and I work full time, as does my boyfriend. Not to mention the 3 kids we need to get home to and care for. I asked them to lock in the price and guarantee me that I would be able to get the car at that price. I told them I did not want to come in for another car. Only the one I was requesting the information. They assured me I would have what I asked for.

I therefore made an appointment for Wednesday, January **, 2016 at 630pm and asked ONCE AGAIN to please confirm that we would not be waisting our time coming in. They continued to assure me that would not be the case.

They then proceed to email me (2 different "sales people", mind you) approximately SIX TIMES to "remind" me of my appointment. I finally emailed them back telling them I was coming and they didn't need to keep emailing me. They then wrote back that were excited for my appointment, and that they would have the car washed and ready for us to look at it. I wrote back thanking them and told them I would let them know if anything changes and I had to cancel and asked them to do the same. They said they would.

I never heard back

After working in Manhattan I took a bus to [redacted] to meet my boyfriend and we could drive to the Bronx together from there. We called the (3) kids and explained we would be late and they could order pizza, since we were going to be late. We really shouldn't have ordered a pizza considering how tight money is right now, but we felt we didn't have any other choice. We are desperate for a second car and this opportunity was too good to pass up. All 3 kids have exams this week and would now have to study on their own, without our help.

After getting stuck in major traffic we finally arrived at the dealership at our scheduled time...2 and a half hours after we left work.

The salesman was nice but when he pulled up my information he told me "oh, yea, that car has been sold. It's not on the lot at all". I was noticeably upset and asked why I hadn't been informed, and he explained it was because he actually himself had JUST sold it. He said he was waiting for the insurance information that he just got today. He then proceeded to show me a fax from TEN TWENTY SEVEN THIS MORNING. I asked why I STILL wasn't notified and he said the system hadn't updated and they didn't know. I asked how 6 hours later they didn't know AND how they could tell me they were cleaning it for me and my boyfriend for our appointment. He didn't have much of an answer and just responded with "I'm the villain. Sorry. But I have other cars I could show you. Newer models too". To which I responded "No" and walked out.

I emailed them twice and still haven't received a response.

It is OBVIOUSLY a scam. They lore you in with a fake deal to just get you in the door to try and sell you something else. It would be one thing if I only saw it on line but they told me TWO HOURS prior to my appointment they were getting it ready for me.

I'm not sure if the car even existed to be honest, but either way the fact that they would outright LIE to me about selling me a product that is NOT THERE after ASSURING ME it was incomprehensible.

They should be forced to close. The amount of complaints that have been made against them just proves they shouldn't be allowed to do business anymore.Desired Settlement: They go out of business or the very least are fined or have to pay some sort of penalty for the false advertising and wasting of my precious people's time and money.

Consumer

Response:

Yes, actually, I would like for them to be penalized in some way. Apparently, after doing some more research they continuously do this and they show no signs of stopping. They apparently have lied to other customers regarding payments and interest rates, according to what I'm reading. I also this morning looked on line AGAIN and found the SAME CAR I was lied to about last night, and it shows it is STILL available for purchase. I then contacted them via a different email address for myself to which they responded stating they would be more than happy to show me the vehicle, when can I come in for a test drive. So, they obviously purposely lie to their customers, via the web page as well as communication, on what is available and what is not. That car does not exist and they leave it on their website, for an EXTREMELY cheap price, and monthly amount and tell the customer they can come in and purchase it, when it's not even there.I would love it if there were some sort of reprimand that could be done, so that this does NOT continue to happen. They sincerely should be shut down.

Review: Seller misrepresented to the sales price on the invoice 309.66 vs. the agreed per the signed sales order. As a result, I was over charged I was overcharged by $332.49 when adding the applicable Westchester sales tax of 7.375%. In addition, the sales order did not disclose a $37 inspection fee.

I did not detect the error on the invoice at the time because the tax shown on the signed sales order was calculated using the wrong rate (NYC 8.857).

The day after I paid for and picked up the car I sent a fax to the seller explaining these details and requesting a refund. I also called the sales person and the dealership several times to follow up. Each time I was told someone would get back to me but no one did. I sent a follow up fax on also a follow up email to the Sales Manager Wess W[redacted]. The sales person called me following that email and told me he would get it resolved but did not do so. Numerous messages left with the dealership since that time have been met with no response.Desired Settlement: A refund $332.66 of overstated purchase price and sales tax vs. what was agreed and a refund of $37 for fees not disclosed in the sales order. Total refund desired $369.50.

Review: I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler 300 on September **, 2015. My vehicle has been in the shop twice and is presently in the shop. I have had issues with the gear shifter repeatedly getting stuck. Which has caused me to have the vehicle towed causing me to lose money because of missing work. Also the wrong tires was provided on vehicle. The tires were mismatched. It took a while for the new tires the dealer ordered to come in. I have had the vehicle for less than 2 months and it has already been in the shop a few times and has been out of service more than it has been in service. I have to use alternative transportation due to the dealer selling me a lemon.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repurchased because it is a lemon. Within the first 30 days it has already been in the shop. I would like the dealer to refund my downpayment, my lease payments, my registration fees and pay off my loan or whatever it takes to get out of this vehicle.

Review: I had my vehicle inspected at an independent auto shop, who informed me that I had a defective part on my vehicle, so I took it to the dealer in question where I purchased the vehicle to have them fix the issue and give me a tuneup, they charged me $420.39 for labor and $199.56 for the part, but never did the work, instead I was told after I'd paid them to get my car back that they had to order the part, but I wouldn't have to pay anything else because it was under warranty yet I'd already paid for the work and the part in order to get my car back, I was told they'd also call me when the part came in a month ago and everytime I call to inquire about it, I'm told they'll have the service advisor call me right back but he never does, then I receive a recall notices from the FCA US LLC informing me that my vehicle has even more safety issues, and I feel that they not only robbed me and had me pay for a part that was covered under my warranty, labor that was never performed, and lied to me about getting back to me, only to continuously avoiding me but their also jeapordizing me and my family lives by having us riding in a defective vehicle that I pay my hard earned money for every monthDesired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded since all of the issues with this defective vehicle falls under the warranty, and because of the treatment I received I'd like to have my monthly payments lowered because I've been paying for a defective vehicle and jeapordizing my safety and my family's as well as have either all issues fixed or given a new vehicle, which I don't feel is an outrageous request under the circumstances

I called the company twice since filing my complaint and was told they'd look into it and get back to me, and have the service department get in touch with me, but they've yet to do so, the car has started acting up and I'm beginning to get really worried, just yesterday a car dashed in front of me as I was changing lanes and I was unable to stop it on time and wound up having an accident, it was only a fender bender and no one was hurt, but whose to say I'll be so lucky next time, my fiance was shaken up pretty bad behind that, I need to have this issue resolved before me and my family are seriously injured Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Sales person did not disclose that auto had physical damage. Once I noticed the dent and scratches on the drivers door. I asked that it be repaired. sales person spoke to manager who stated they would repair the door but at my expense. Unacceptable. This was on June **, 2015. Then after much talking back and forth it was finally decided that Eastchester Dodge would absorb the cost of the repair/detailing. Informed to bring car in next day. Sales person stated too late and to return on Friday June **, @ 8:00 am. Once in the service area we were informed that a authorization was needed. Spoke with mgr. who gave the authorization and we had to return to the line. Once again in the service area and informed an appt needed. Appt Tues June **, 2015.

Informed that car would be ready in a couple of days. No call. Returned on July *, 2015 and informed no process made because establishment closed July [redacted] & *, 2015 @ 12:30 p.m;. Again no call. Returned today July **,2015 spoke with another manager Raphael who states car should be ready next week.

I do not have much confidence that car will be ready.

Very poor customer relations and very poor service.

Really wanted money back and to go to another dealer. I will never refer or return to this dealer .

Never felt that my business was important to the dealershipDesired Settlement: Would like refund of down payment so I will not have to do business with this dealership again or dealership making 1st payment to financial institution since I did not have the car to drive for almost 1 month.

Review: I purchased a 2013 vehicle from [redacted] 9/**/2014 odometer reading 28,037 with a 1 year warranty 6/*/2014 the odometer reading is 33,685 miles. The dealer is informing me that the catalytic converter, brakes rotors are a maintenance issue not part of the contract and my vehicle should have been serviced at 30,000 miles..this is insane I only put 5,648 miles on the car when I called for prior service the only available appointment was May **, memorial day weekend..[redacted] should not have dold me this car like this to reiterate I only put 5,648 miles on vehicle.

I filled out information on a car back in the summer of last year then I decided to not follow up I got over 100 calls and emails saying to come in and you will leave with a car. So me and my wife talk about it and decided to come and check it out. Before we came in we told the lady that we don't have good credit and everything. She said it wasn't a problem everyone gets approve.

So we go in and sit down with a sales rep. He ask us what kind of car and I told them so we go test drive the car and come back me and my wife filled out paperwork and we wasn't approve that we needed a couple signer so my father n law comes and Co sign we was told by the sales rep that his credit was good and we didn't need a down payment. So after 3 hours of waiting he comes back and tells us that there was some banks that approve us and that the finance person was gathering more information. While we are waiting the sales rep is assuring us that we will get the car and drive off. After another five hours of waiting he comes to us and say that there is no approval. Wait.. didn't he say five hours ago we got approved. He told us to wait the next day to see what his finance person can do.

I'm a US veteran who just recently came back from overseas on my 2nd deployment. And I'm now disabled veteran. Why lie and say you was approved and then wait 5 hours and tell us we wasn't and that we have to wait. He is the [redacted] kicker we put down 100$ for the plates so I ask for my money back he tells me oh you have to pick up a refund check next week. ARE YOU [redacted] KIDDING ME I DON'T GET A CAR THAT IS GOING TO HELP ME GET TO MY APPOINTMENTS AT THE VA. AND RECEIVE THE MEDICAL TREATMENT I NEED BUT I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK. What kind of dealership is this.

This is how you treat people. This is how you treat veterans who fought for this country are you out of your minds. I have pretty bad experiences with dealerships in NYC but my God this is the worst. So now I can't get to any of my appointments that I need to go to because these bone heads. Say one thing and it's another I can't believe this. My wife cried the whole way back because she knew how I felt and it shouldn't be like that. And also we was there for 8 hours EIGHT HOURS. With no food no nothing this place is pathetic. I hope they can't sleep after what they done.
