We negotiated with the customer based on a budget they conveyed to our sales staff upon walking into our showroom. A copy of the window sticker, dealer invoice, buyers order, and Bill of sale were given to the customer at time of delivery expressing the sale price and...

state fees. They wished to renegotiate the terms two days after the sale was completed which is not possible. This transaction included New York State insurance, plates, registration, tax and dmv fees and at no time was an export of the vehicle discussed. Our pricing was more than aggressive, as we agreed to a sale price below dealer invoice. Although we have nothing but good intentions and look to assist our customers in any reasonable way, I do not feel as though it is fair that I have to renegotiate after the deal has been completed. There was a little bit of confusion because the salesman is no longer employed here. All refunds are processed every Thursday. I spoke to her Friday 6/** and confirmed that the refund was processed on 6/**.

The recall was for structural reinforcement of the rear.

After receiving 7 incorrect  insurance cards from the customer the paperwork is at motor vehicle now being processed.

that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:1. the business has neither explained nor apologised for the fact that we were not notified that the original registration application was rejected.
2. The business has not offered any compensation for rescheduling appointments that were missed as a direct result of their failure to notify us
3. The business has offered no apologies for the difficulty of speaking with them, nor the rudeness of their manager in hanging up the call.
4. Furthermore, the insurance informed me telephonically that the identification card was correct and the DMV would have accepted the third version sent, despite Eastchester's claims to the contrary. A representative of the business assured me last Wednesday that he would speak directly with the insurance company, and promptly left early for the day

I made an appointment with Eastchester Chrysler on 7/*/2015 which I test driver a wrangler. My credit was ran on the same day we came to an agreement and a I made a deposit. The next day I went back in to talk to the sales manager and look over my deal. So far everything was going well he told me to pick up the car the next day. I transferred my insurance over to the new car got all the documents over to the sales rep like they asked. On Friday I went in to pick up my new car but was told that the finance manager had to talk to me which I was ok with. After 30 mins the finance manager came to get me he brings me into the office and tells me that I need a co signers. I was not happy that this is all coming up at this time as I should been told this on the first day my credit was ran so I asked to talk to the manager. Mr Wess w[redacted] comes in the office and I start to talk he stops me and tells me to sit down to talk I told him I rather stand. At that point he tells me if I don't sit he won't talk to me he treatment was not professional he shut me down and did not let me get a word in all I wanted was to understand why I wasn't told of this issue from the start since my credit was ran on the first day. I asked for his business card and he told me he's not giving me one I asked him for his managers name and he dismissed me. As I walk out the sales rep stop me to ask what happened and I told him I asked home for the owners name and phone and he siad the receptionist can give me that info ad I'm talking to the receptionist Mr Wess W[redacted] comes out his office and shout across the show room ' everyone disburse ' all the employees around me got up and walked away alienating me. My experience at Eastchester Chrysler was very negative I felt humiliated by not by the sales reps but by management if I am to rate Mr Wess professionalism on a scale from 1 to 10 it will be a 0. I am a manager in my line of business and I will never treat a customer in that manner. I will be reporting this to the attorney general and also the CEO of Chysler Mr Sergio M[redacted]. Mr Wess told me he's been a manager for over 20yrs it's hard to tell his way of bullying customer might of work 10yrs ago but times have change he need to get with the program and shame on his managers as well that they are not observing the way he treats his customers.

The response from the dealership is all lies. I never test drove the truck and was never given three options. [redacted] from financial told us in front of [redacted] that this is the only vehicle the bank approved us for. Also and as my first vehicle why would I chose a v8 truck, that is just commen sense. Now regarding the repairs, I have all the receipts for all the repairs. Since the beginning this truck was in the service center. The dealership never resolved the problem with the truck. And when I called to speak to the [redacted] he was rude and Nasty. He answered me back telling me to go gett a lawyer because he lost so much money in repairs for this vehicle that he's not helping me anymore. And I replied it's not my fault you sold me a lemon. And regarding the down-payment, I gave $2600. According to [redacted] in financial the bank wanted $2600 and I've been communicating with the bank this whole time and they said that all of this is not true. All I am asking for is a vehicle that I can feel safe that my child is in. I want my $2600 down payment to be applied to another vehicle of my choice, and my monthly payments carryover to the other vehicle of my choice. And one last thing [redacted] also told me before I signed any papers that this truck is a certified pre owned, I found out from the bank that it's not. And let's not forget the [redacted] of this so called dealership wanted nothing to do with me.

Extremely dishonest dealership. I went to this dealership to look at a 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 23k miles for $11k. First red flag that I encountered was that they wouldnt come down on price because they put "$1800" work in the car and that I was lucky that I wasn't paying it. Really? your suppose to sell good products to have a good reputation. They were promising prices even before my loan was approved and trying to emphasize that I had a repo on my credit, which I dont. After working the numbers out and finally getting the paperwork with the "real" numbers that I was going to pay. Which was around $14k with all the fees added and 18k for the whole loan term. They also tried to get me to close the deal even without test driving the car which was a major red flag. I told them I would return on Wednesday or Saturday to sign the paperwork.
On Monday Nov. ** I recieved a call saying that the car was ready to be picked up and I said I will be in town on saturday to pick up since I live on the CT/RI border. On Friday I recieved a call by another salesman (Jacob), telling me the vehicle was no longer for sale because they found out that the transmission was not good and to quote "no wonder it only has 23000 miles". I called and left a few voicemails and no call back. Now I have to fight and figure out how to get my deposit back. I will be filing a complaint if they don't refund my deposit. Stay away from this dishonest dealership.
