We received HVAC seasonal maintenance service from Kevin ** We received a courtesy call approx. 30 minutes before arrival. He and his vehicle were clearly identifiable as R S Andrews. Kevin was thorough in his inspection of the equipment, cleaning away debris, checking voltages and pressures, etc. There was one mal-functioning component. He explained the problem and the solution and our options to fix it now (avoiding an additional service call) or later. All around very professional.

During maintenance checks, I have always been provided with information regarding the condition of my HVAC units but never felt pressured to use them for either service to the units or the purchase of new units.
James ** of R. S. Andrews of Tidewater just finished cleaning our ducts. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely thorough. I've never had the ducts cleaned before, and was amazed at how much effort he put into ensuring it was done correctly. He not only cleaned the ducts, but he also washed the vents and used a Reme-Halo system to purify the air and kill harmful microbes. We are longtime R. S. Andrews customers, and while they've always been very good, they just keep getting better and better.

I had an appointment for service on 10/25/ 2016 from 2:00- 8:00. No one showed or called. I was home all day and answered all calls.I finally called the company about 7:45. Then the manager called me back and said that if no one answered in 2 or 3 calls, they would move on to the next appointment. I explained that I had waited all day and answered home and cell calls. He did not have a list of appointments so I don't know if I was left off the list.
Today's appointment was fine. I was called before Ryan arrived. He was very polite and efficient.
