I recently had a fan motor blowout and R. S. Andrews came out quickly and honored the warranty. My central air conditioners have been serviced by R.S. Andrews for over 15 years. This company has given me excellent service.
I am scheduled for surgery this week so my Son and his Wife came up from South Carolina for support. Unfortunately, my AC quit working Saturday 18 Jun. The RS Andrews technician determined it was my Air Handler Motor and Module and would require special order because the Motor was not available locally. RS Andrews graciously put in a rush order. However, when the Technician arrived 21 Jun to install, there was only a motor in the box with no module.
He made a bunch of phone calls, found one, then went and picked it up. He had missed lunch but went ahead and install the parts and got it up and running.
His name is Cedric [redacted] and he should be commended for his promptness, courteous manner, and absolute professionalism. He went the extra mile.
Justin of R. S. Andrews provided great service, he was promot and very knowledgeable. He serviced my two AC units. He provided me with a complete list of options to keep them in good condition.
Jacob explained the issues clearly, patiently and with a level of respect appropriate to the customer. He has good communication skills and transit it's a sense of trust.
As usual Justin was on time went straight to work quickly and efficiently and had our machine working with new equipment within an hour. Justine is a very nice young man business like but friendly and he knows what he is doing.
Excellent service from this company. The technician was very respectful and explained everything that he was going to do and did. I highly recommend R.S. Andrews to my family and friends.
We appreciate the hard work by Terrell dealing with an old system and making it right and safe for us. Looking forward to a continued relationship with R.S. Andrews.
Justin [redacted] and his team were great. Not only did they do great work but they great people as well. I'm the type of person that likes to watch and find out whats going on and Justin had no problem letting me do so. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why; which I know first hand a lot of installers wont / don't like to do. Justin is an asset to RSA and should be held onto as long as possible.

Allister is very thorough. He explains how the equipment operates to give us a better understanding of what he is doing and why. When he came to clean our furnace, he determined that our whole house surge protector was not operational and needed to be replaced. The surge protector felt warm to the touch and had evidently taken a hit from a power surge at some point. By being so alert and thorough, Allister caught a dangerous problem that we were not aware we had. We give high praise to Allister and would readily recommend he and R.S. Andrews of Tidewater!
I would recommend RS Andrews anytime to people for any heating and air conditioning problems. Every team to an individual of RS Andrews has always been the BEST. With RS Andrews, customer service is excellent!
I have been very pleased with RS Andrews. I had an AC issue with my AC at a rental property. I waited 2 days for a tech to show up. Still did not show up. So I called AS Andrews due to a recommendation from a friend. They came out that evening and fixed the issue. Prompt, Efficient and Courteous Service Thru out. From the Operator to the scheduler to the tech. I have not had any issue.
I decided to sign up for their Maintenance agreement. I had my first maintenance check up . Andrew was courteous from the start. He checked, cleaned my system and coils. Alerted us and said they would continue to watch some rust that was forming on our coils. I am very pleased thus far. They did not come up with any issues so I feel like they are very honest with my 25 point clean and tune up. I will definitely recommend them and continue to use them. Service and Knowledge is OUTSTANDING!!!
Professional install of system, and follow-on duct cleaning. Installers were courteous, hard-working, and thorough. QC stopped by each day. James cleaned our ducts afterwards. He was polite, service-oriented, courteous, and did his job well, taking the time to get the details right. I would recommend this company.
