I had RS Andrews come out to do an annual maintenance check and check on a duct that appeared to be loose or off the vent hookup. The gentleman that provided the check did a thorough inspection and fixed the duct that had a slight tear. All was done to my satisfaction.

Jay and Logan were extremely professional and were ready to work when they arrived. The girl with the heat pump and air handler arrived, which just after the arrived. Everything went smooth all day. They even removed the replaced air handler that was left when it was replaced abour 5 years ago by [redacted] A company we had been using for many years. I from this day forward will never use or recommend them to anybody. I got a better system with R S Andrews for a better price, a much better price. If I could I would post a 5 star rating on the techs and the service I received from R S Andrews.
SALES: the sales representative Evan or Chip does an excellent job. He is friendly, Accomodating, and very thorough in explaining the details of the equipment, it's capacity, performance, money savings attributes ( tax and other rebates), process of installation, what entails in the whole process, time it will take to install it, and more. He is very knowledgeable ion all the aspects involved in the installation, operation, maintenance and services of his product.
INSTALLATION: The crew is very respectful, and considerate and I have no complains at all with the way they worked. Excellent crew as well.
