I have an extensive contract with this company but, on my last review off my systems, I was charged $220 to replace a themostat that cost about$44.0 at home depot. Something is wrong in this equasion. It does not take a magician to switch 3 wires ove and saym you are now up to date. Sorry,
I have been very pleased with RS Andrews. I had an AC issue with my AC at a rental property. I waited 2 days for a tech to show up. Still did not show up. So I called AS Andrews due to a recommendation from a friend. They came out that evening and fixed the issue. Prompt, Efficient and Courteous Service Thru out. From the Operator to the scheduler to the tech. I have not had any issue.
I decided to sign up for their Maintenance agreement. I had my first maintenance check up . Andrew was courteous from the start. He checked, cleaned my system and coils. Alerted us and said they would continue to watch some rust that was forming on our coils. I am very pleased thus far. They did not come up with any issues so I feel like they are very honest with my 25 point clean and tune up. I will definitely recommend them and continue to use them. Service and Knowledge is OUTSTANDING!!!
I would recommend RS Andrews anytime to people for any heating and air conditioning problems. Every team to an individual of RS Andrews has always been the BEST. With RS Andrews, customer service is excellent!

We have used RS Andrews for all our heating & air conditioning needs. Bought a new heating system & all new duct work 2 years ago from them & were very impressed with the work that they did on that project. We have them service our equipment every year. Mike, the gentleman who helped us with purchasing the heating system, also came out to help us with the new air conditioning system. It was so nice to work with someone who was familiar with us & our equipment.
R S Andrews technicians installed a new gas furnace in my home. The process from initial equipment selection through installation was outstanding and met our expectations in quality and cost.
Very disappointed with service and customer service with this company. I planned to have a service call and was told between 2 and 8 pm. I called at 7:30 due to no representative contacting me or showing up for appointment. I was told they tried to reach me, however no missed calls or voice mails on my phone. I called the customer service representative, who basically told me "too bad" and they could come tomorrow, which was unacceptable after missing a half day of work for them to not show up.
I had my ducts cleaned by James ** at R.S. Andrews and was very pleased with how professional he was and the great job that was done. He is a very pleasant young man and I felt very comfortable with him. R.S. Andrews and their entire team always are professional and extremely considerate of the customer.
Once again R S Andrews saved the day! When I called them because my AC was not working their dispatcher (Lexi) was very cheerful, courteous and helpful. She quickly arranged for me to get service that afternoon. Their Service Pro Chuck arrived right on time and provided great service! He was not only prompt , he was also very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly and accurately troubleshot the problem and got my system up and running at a very fair price. Thank you R S Andrews
7/14/16-Allister [redacted], service tech, came to our home today tt check hvac & help with issues with our thermostats. He is a very hard worker. He was very thorough, despite the heat, took his time, and explained everything to my wife & me, including the ramifications of all problems and potential problems. Mr [redacted] was very professional and represented R S Andrews very well.
Ryan and Loretta were very helpful, professional and careful to take care of our needs.
Ryan was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to make sure our unit was in excellent working condition for now and in the future. He shared with us what needed to be done and what was done, We appreciate the excellent way in which he provided service.
Our experience with R.S. Andrews was EXCELLENT from our first phone call !! We called around 8:30pm, the Receptionist was kind, courteous and polite. The Technician (Allister) was there within the time frame that was given and couldn't have been any more politer, efficient and friendly!! He was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem in no time!! Our is house cool again ! We couldn't have been more thankful for his service and he did it all with a smile !! Thank you again for providing us with GREAT service and COOL air at such a late notice !!!!! We will definitely call R S Andrews should we have future problems !!!! THANKS AGAIN ALLISTER !!!

On a week's vacation and the second day the A/C wasn't cooling well.
Ryan showed up at 10:45 PM to check our system. He was very professional and got our A/C back in great cooling condition in a short time.
