Both Stephanie ** from the office and HVAC technician Justin ** were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in executing their jobs. They were excellent representatives for this company.
I have been using RS Andrews of Tidewater for my heating and cooling needs for the past several years. They have been responsive in the past. They have always been courteous, friendly and competent. When a leak developed in my roof after putting in a new flue, they were very quick to respond and remedy the problem. As of late, I have had an appointment prior to the one with Jeremy today, November 14, 2016, when they were to come to inspect my ac. They were suppose to be there between 8 and 8:30AM and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. No one called to inform me that someone was on the way and when I called the company at 8:45AM, they could not tell me when someone would arrive. I told them that I was not waiting any longer and went back to work. Apparently, this incident did not get investigated by the company. I will say that today went a little better. Jeremy did arrive. However, RS Andrews tells you when you make an appointment that you will be called when they are on their way to your house. I didn't get that call previously and today I called the company to find out that they were on their way to my house. I got to my house about 8:05 and they arrived about 8:38.
George ** of R S Andrews performed maintenance on my heating system (heat pump) in preparation for the winter season. He was very polite, performer his duties in a professional manner and gave me a report of findings. I like this was of doing business.
I had a positive experience with the company. All hitches were resolved quickly. The install crew was courteous, considerate and competent. The new HP unit is working very well.
Service was very good. They call several times to confirm the date and time. If running late they call you. Once they arrive they are very professional and staff is extremely well trained and customer friendly.
RS Andrews is a great company. They inspected my furnace for the winter time and it was discovered that the builder had installed it wrong. Another company had worked on it previously and never mentioned any problem. The corrections made By RS Andrew completely changed and enhanced the system. The team member(Justin) that did the work was great. He worked very hard and made sure we would have heat the same night. I have a service contract with RS Andrews and they check the furnace in the fall and the ac in the spring. Every one should use this service.
Today we had our annual check-up on our furnace. We have been customers of R.S. Andrews for 16 years, and find them to be an excellent company to do business with. Their techs are very well trained & if we don't understand something they will gladly explain it to us. The techs are also very considerate of our home, i.e. putting shoe protectors on to protect our carpet & asking which doors are closer to use to get to the furnace. The office staff is always very helpful too. They'll go the extra mile to work with you for appointments or finances. That's why we've been with them all these years......they are just a great company! A special shout-out to our Tech Geoff, ** that worked on our furnace today & put on a new filter & replaced the capacitor. He was very helpful. R. S. Andrews only send out their best people...at least that's been our experience.
