I purchased my heat pump system from RS Andrews three years agoI have been pleased with the product and the service ever sinceThey came out today for my annual checkup/ maintenance...the technician was on time (called when he was on the way), courteous, professionalhe kept me informed with what he was doing and what needed to be done and he did what he needed to do and was on to the next jobI would definitely recommend RSAndrews!

Installation was courteous and very professional Both technicans (Robert and Jason) went out of their way to communicate their arrival time, and any time they needed to do anything that had an effect on us or that they thought we should know regarding our new system The sales consultant (Dan) was very knowledgeable and very willing to help us get the system needed for our home Our service technician (Jacob) who found that we might need a new system was VERY good about expalining our options and showing us what was wrong with our old system that we decided to replace They demonstrated service excellence with their actions This made our experience positive in spite of the fact that there is a communication issue in the office We are on a maintenance agreement and it took four times, before we were able to have the inspection completed The office gave us a four hour window of time that someone would do the service three times and no one showed We waited for someone for a total of hours The only way we found out that we needed to reschedule was because WE called them So, it says a lot that the actual technical people were able to overcome this very negative first impression
