James [redacted] of RSAndrews of Tidewater just finished cleaning our ducts He was friendly, courteous, and extremely thorough I've never had the ducts cleaned before, and was amazed at how much effort he put into ensuring it was done correctly He not only cleaned the ducts, but he also washed the vents and used a Reme-Halo system to purify the air and kill harmful microbes We are longtime RSAndrews customers, and while they've always been very good, they just keep getting better and better

Andrew came out yesterday to do a cleaning on our heating/cooling systems He was polite, professional, and did a great job! He found that we have quite a lot of build up in our duct system and showed photos He gave us information about possible solutions we could explore He gave us price quotes, information, and web sites to review before we made a decision He gave good advice that we were comfortable with and gave information and proof to back it up! I wish that all people would be so gracious effective in their work and their manner in how they treat the customers Thank you, Andrew!
