Jay and Logan were extremely professional and were ready to work when they arrived The girl with the heat pump and air handler arrived, which just after the arrived Everything went smooth all day They even removed the replaced air handler that was left when it was replaced abour years ago by [redacted] A company we had been using for many years I from this day forward will never use or recommend them to anybody I got a better system with R S Andrews for a better price, a much better price If I could I would post a star rating on the techs and the service I received from R S Andrews

On a week's vacation and the second day the A/C wasn't cooling well Ryan showed up at 10:PM to check our systemHe was very professional and got our A/C back in great cooling condition in a short time Saved our vacation!! Today August had my annual home a/c system inspection/cleaning with HVAC company R.SAndrews of Tidewater...had an a.mappointment window and yes indeed their office called me this morning and advised a service tech was on the way..."Daniel T." arrived shortly thereafter and he was a pleasure to work with today...Daniel was personable and professional, explaining things thoroughly and answering all my questions...Daniel, keep up the great work...and to the nice ladies in the office at R.SAndrews of Tidewater you have my gratitude for sending him this morning.Thank you Daniel and stay cool young man

I recommend RS Andrews They come twice a year in spring & fall and check out my system I am very satisfied with my Trane unit and with RS Andrews service program The technicians are always polite and put on booties to protect my floors I feel comfortable leaving them to do their job
I had an appointment for service on 10/25/ from 2:00- 8:No one showed or calledI was home all day and answered all calls.I finally called the company about 7:Then the manager called me back and said that if no one answered in or calls, they would move on to the next appointmentI explained that I had waited all day and answered home and cell calls He did not have a list of appointments so I don't know if I was left off the list Today's appointment was fine I was called before Ryan arrived He was very polite and efficient

I had RS Andrews come out to do an annual maintenance check and check on a duct that appeared to be loose or off the vent hookup The gentleman that provided the check did a thorough inspection and fixed the duct that had a slight tear All was done to my satisfaction
