When our A/C went out in the midst of the heat wave this week (5/31), Level was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us cool again! They even came early!! Mike was professional, quick and clearly explained our options. There was no pressure to do more than we could afford. Excellent experience!!

Late Christmas Eve our A/C compressor stopped working and the room where
our furnace is was extremely hot.
Called Level and Ryan called back, after discussing the problem offered to come out early the next morning on Christmas.
He was timely, polite and very professional. Really appreciated this since we felt

Josh from Level recently conducted a regular maintenance visit for our gas furnace. He was professional and did a great job. Also, the office staff couldn't have been nicer as I made the appointment, and ask them to work around our availability.
Mike P did an excellent job of getting our A/C back in operation. Very professional - no wasted time. He had the necessary part available and we were up and running in a very short time. He also very clearly explained the various options available.
