Steve Taylor was the service tech; it's the second time he's been to my home for a 6 month checkup. Steve is great! He's friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Level services installed two air conditioning units to our house. They were on time, Helped by leaving one system up for the evening and replacing other next day. This was fantastic since the temperatures were in the 90's. and I have health problems. Job was great. Installers were great. Ryan M. was a big help in explaining some questions I had. While performing the service, Ryan was very patient and informative as he answered my many questions about the system and the maintenance he was performing. Ryan also made welcome suggestions regarding an optional air scrubber that could help with our winter allergies.

During a recent furnace maintenance call, service technician M. P. was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He identified a dangerous problem requiring shutdown of the furnace. He explained options (repair vs. replacement), and guided us through various considerations--cost, system efficiencies etc. In a difficult situation, he was considerate and reassuring. He made the replacement appointment and advised exactly what would be involved. He is an outstanding representative of his employers and they are fortunate to have him on their staff.

The electrician was very personable, fast and was easy to convey my needs. He fixed a ceiling light in my kitchen and checked bathroom exhaust fan and wall heater. He said both of them needed to be replaced. My first experience with Level from office to tech was very good.
We continually ask for this Service Pro (DJ ** because of his professionalism and friendly, helpful advice. We feel he's very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Our dealings with Level Home Services have always been very positive.
