In the past year, I have dealt with several other home improvement contractors and Level Home Services is the only one with whom I feel I got what I paid for. The service men, Daniel and Nick, were efficient and installed the heating unit as if it were their own. Level Heating and Air is a reliable, honest company with outstanding people working for them and it was truly a pleasure doing business with them.
I was very satisfied with my routine A/C maintenance. I was told my options for being proactive with the water heater and condensate line. Tech was courteous and friendly.
This is the second year in a row that service tech S. T. came to my home. He does an incredible job, explains things very well and has a WONDERFUL attitude. I strongly recommend this company and S. T..

Pleasant, courteous and professional people and just nice to speak with. The service pro's have been great. Personable & friendly people who know their jobs and perform their tasks with efficiency. All would always be welcome in my home.

Mike P. maintained the quality of service that has become a cornerstone of LEVEL Home Services. Mike P. was courteous, extremely professional and knowledgeable about the system as he worked through the checklist of items to be tested.
Tyler was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed heating service and explained my options for service plans (at my request). Office staff left a voice mail the day before to confirm the appointment, called to let me know Tyler was on his way and also emailed a pic so I could confirm who he was when he arrived. Their service plan for a yearly contract was reasonable.
Great experience with Level Home Services today. T. P was very polite. He investigated and asked questions to determine the likely source of my plumbing problem. He then gave me a fair estimate, explaining my options. The work was completed to my satisfaction, he explained everything, and cleaned up after he was finished.
We have had Level Home Services for years to do our heating/air conditioning. The other day, we woke up to find ourselves with no heat (heat pump with oil back up). Mike P. was dispatched to our home, and he worked very hard to solve the problem. WHICH HE DID!!! He was very personable and kept at it until all the problems were solved. (There was more than one.) A+ and Kudos to Mike and Level!

Today, May 31, 2016, Taylor P. from Level Home Services, checked out a problem I was having with my sump pump. After assessing the problem, he gave me 3 different options to correct the problem. The sump pump was shot, so I decided to have him install a new one. He installed it very efficiently and in a timely manner. He was so professional and very neat. He answered all of my questions, and told me not to hesitate to call him if any other issues should arise. Should I encounter any future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Level again and request Taylor.
