The technicians a awesome and spend more than 5 minutes checking out your system and they explain their work. Great company! I am very satisfied!
The two individuals that did the work were very professional. Arrived on time with everything they needed. The job required a lot of work and took all day, just as they said during the preliminary visit the day before. They made sure to demonstrate the new tankless water heater functions, as well as point out all of the work done and answer any questions. The installation looked very neat and they cleaned up everything before departure. I would definitely call them again for any work needed.

For at least 20 years, we had dealt with the same company for maintenance of our furnace and A/C system, but their prices and lack of customer service prompted us to look around for something better. We have found something a lot better, both in price and customer service. From our first phone call with Suzie to the first service appointment with Rob, we have encountered a much-appreciated Level (!) of friendly professionalism that made it easy for us to sign a multi-year contract. My only regret is not making the move to Level years ago.
Have used Level Home Services for heating and air conditioning issues. This is the first time we used them for a plumbing problem. We were very satisfied with the plumbing service as we have been with their heat and air conditioning service. Would definitely recommend their company.

Our regularly scheduled servicing was set for last Thursday. We received a call from Robert S., who advised us that he was ahead of schedule, and asked if we would like him to come right away. We accepted. He arrived, and could not have been more courteous or efficient. We appreciated the call, as it prevented us rushing to other errands later. Competent staff members are a credit to their employers, and are a main reason for repeat business. We would recommend Level to anyone confidently.
The annual service of my Heat Pump on 11/16/15 was completed by Justin of Level Heating & Air. I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable and courteous.
I love Level Home Services. They are always on time, very clean, they never make a mess and they always respond when you have an emergency over Holidays or even late in the evening. They will come, or the very least, they will call and try to walk you through what you can do until they can come the next day. Love the people at Level Home Service.
