We had a water heater burst for a water heater installed by a different company, which did nothing for us even though it was under warranty. We called Level and they came out shortly after opening and installed a new water heater within hours. The technician appeared to be very competent and worked quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with the quick service and installation, but the price is a bit high as compared to other installers from home improvement stores, or [redacted].
Technician was on time,professional,courtious and answered all questions. Took his time to troubleshoot my issue and resolved it.

Just had our annual maintenance for our heating and air conditioning done by Steve T. of Level Home Services. Mr. T. arrived on time. He was very clear in his explanation of the work to be done and the checks to our system that were performed. He was very careful to protect our flooring, always wearing shoe coverings. He was very courteous and genuinely interested in providing the best service to our system. He turned a mundane service into a very pleasant experience.
AC went out last evening. Called Level Home Services and they had someone in the area who arrived shortly after the call. Mike P. assessed the problem, repaired the problem and provided us several available options. We chose the option beneficial to us. Mike was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He represented his company in a professional and craftsmanship like manner.
We would use Level Home Services again.
WE HAD LEVEL INSTALL A NEW AIR CONDITIONER AND FURNACE IN SEPTEMBER OF 2014 AND HAD TWO FOLLOW UP CHECK UPS. THE LAST WAS ON FEB 10TH BY JUSTIN. WE ARE VERY SATISIFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND THE FOLLOW UP MAINTANCE SERVICE. AFTER TALKING WITH JUSTIN WE DECIDED TO HAVE A HUMIDIFER INSTALLED.
Daniel and Ryan from Level Home Services installed a new heat pump, indoor air handler, and new coolant pipes in my home on 18 October 2016. They showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job by the estimated completion time. They answered all my questions. They asked me specific questions/decisions about the installation and followed my instructions. They removed the old equipment and associated containers/trash. The system functions properly. There were no surprises.
The Level Home Svcs rep, Steve T, was punctual, courteous and professional. He did the necessary maintenance work on our furnace quickly and answered all questions I had. He also pointed out a potential problem with our water heater so I could consider what to do. All in all, I continue to be well satisfied with the work by Level Home Svcs and, in this case, Steve T.

I rarely have outside contractors do any work in my home, but due to a medical issue I was unable to perform the installation of a new HVAC system myself. Level was chosen to do the install. The install could not have been done any better! I was thoroughly pleased with the product and the professional installation. Every Level employee associated with the install and service of my new system was courteous, considerate, knowledgeable and experienced in his specialty. I highly recommend Level for whatever needs you may have.
I had a complicated oil boiler and electric water heater setup replaced with units that run on natural gas. The tear our of the old units and installation of the new units were no small tasks but S. S., D. S., and M. C. from Level Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job. The new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components were installed in a very professional, neat, and meticulous manner. The pride this crew takes in their craft shows in their quality of workmanship.

He was very efficient and very polite and explained to me everything he did. I have a service contract with Level to help keep the costs down and that was the best thing I did.
