I would like to commend Robert S. from Level Home Services for the professional manner in which he serviced our system yesterday. This was our first experience with Level Home Services and Robert was a great example for their business. We were very pleased.
I have been using LEVEL for several years, including installation of a HVAC system, and check-ups on same. The techs know their jobs, and are alwasy friendly and courteous. The office staff also do a good job of keeping me up-to-date on any service.
Working with Level Home Heating Services was such a positive experience. The technicians were courteous and highly competent. They showed up when they said they would and left the job site clean. When I had a problem with the HVAC they installed, a technician was dispatched the same day, identified the problem, implemented a short-term fix that carried us through until the failed part arrived and then installed it as promised. The service technician, Ryan, showed up on time to service the system, talked me through a couple things he did to make the system operate better and then went on his way. Again, he and the office staff were courteous and responsive. I recommend them without hesitation.
Met with the very courteous D. J. [redacted] who explained each step of my requested service. He even went beyond the scope of heating to answer my general question about a plumbing issue. He was in and out in a very reasonable time and was very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend Level Home Services to anyone.

Has been our service pro the last few years and has always done a terrific job. I would highly recommend this company and the staff goes well and beyond expectations.

I have a home warranty service to help me with the costly expenses of maintaining a home and Level and their technicians have worked with me for repairs that I have had to make with my older heating/air conditioning system to allow me to use the warranty company and to make the repairs in the most cost effective way. Their technicians are conscientious about every aspect of their work in my home. They even put booties on as not to dirty my floor. I highly recommend Level Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
I have been a customer of level Home Services for 20 years. They installed the HVAC system in my home when it was built and have serviced it every year since. I have had them replace the original unit when it wore out and will always have them service my unit forever. They run their business the way it should be run with customer service as their first priority. Rob P is my technician of choice. I actually look forward to having my HVAC serviced by him. Never met a more professional and thorough technician. I operate five OEM truck service depts. and I know a bit about customer service. Level is the best hands down!

I called fist thing in the morning after discovering our gas furnace had stopped working over night. Nicole was quick to get us an appointment and made sure all the correct information reached the Tech. Steve T. arrived in the appointed time window. Quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed in no time. I have used Level several times now and feel they do a real good job.

Daniel and Nick installed new Hvac system, hot water heater, and new duct work. They were always on time, respectful of my home and my family, and did a thorough job. I felt comfortable having them in my home while my children and I were present. They cleaned up after themselves with any mess from the install and always explained what they were doing/had done during install and respectfully answered all of my many questions. Would most highly recommend this team of Daniel and Nick from Level Heating and Air!
