Today, May 31, 2016, Taylor P. from Level Home Services, checked out a problem I was having with my sump pump. After assessing the problem, he gave me 3 different options to correct the problem. The sump pump was shot, so I decided to have him install a new one. He installed it very efficiently and in a timely manner. He was so professional and very neat. He answered all of my questions, and told me not to hesitate to call him if any other issues should arise. Should I encounter any future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Level again and request Taylor.

My family has been using Level Home Services for all of our heating/ac needs for many years and they have always proven to be a first-rate company. Scheduling is never a problem and everyone from the office personnel to the field technicians are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The field technicians are always ready to answer any questions or concerns we may have and offer advice. Our last encounter with Level was no different. Our technician, Mike ** was no exception. He was here on time and although it was just a routine maintenance call, explained everything to us both before and after services rendered and was willing and able to answer any of our questions. I have in the past and will continue to recommend Level Home Services to anyone with heating or a/c needs.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Excellent response time for service. They make customer service number 1. They also sent an email with a picture of the technician coming to my home therefore increasing the comfort a women home alone to open the door. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. The service tech Jeremy was neat, kind and smiling also efficient and helpful.

I was very happy to see Steve T. when he arrived to perform preventive A/C system maintenance. He serviced our HVAC system in years past and I always felt he went above and beyond. Other Level technicians, who were all very good, came out the last few times we had service. Steve is professional, courteous, knows what he's doing and takes the time to explain what he's doing so the customer is in the know too. He's very much appreciated.
On 1-17-17 it was determined my furnace had cracks in its heat exchanger and had to be replaced. The new furnace was installed the next afternoon. The total job took just 4 hours. Both Daniel and Chris were on time, explained the process and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for better service. Without reservations of any kind, I would recommend Level Home Services.
Installation and service was excellent. The technicians were very professional. I have recommended Level Heating and Air to others and will continue to do so.

Not only did I receive confirmation of the time window in which he was supposed to arrive along with a name of who to expect, but he also explained the details of my contract before he left so I would know when next to schedule service.
