Absolutely (as I'm considering a complete replacement of my Heat/AC system) Do I recommend them? Again, absolutely

I have had three excellent experiences with this company and DJ as my Service Pro The first was the installation of my new system last June in which it was a very positive experience The second occurred just prior to my scheduled six month cheon a new system installed by Level last June One Sunday evening about two weeks before the scheduled visit, we had no heat I called and left a message for the emergency problem and DJ called me back quickly and was at my house in an hour He found the problem and fixed it He was here a couple of hours and was determined not to leave until it was fixed He also came here a couple of weeks later for the six month cheand changed the filter, etc All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone who asks
Around 3:Sunday afternoon (November 22), we realized that our furnace was not working Since we have a contract with Level, we called the number for assistance Within minutes a male from Level named "**" called and I answered some questions regarding the furnace and ** determined that someone needed to come out He asked me if I wanted someone to come out soon and I told him that I didn't think we would freeze to death overnight and that if someone could come out on Monday (next day) as soon as possible, that would be just fine Level called at 7:A.M.(think it was B.) and she put me on the list for between 11:and 3:and said if someone was available sooner, she would call me She called at 10:A.Mand said Robert was on his way to our house After checking out the system, R determined that we needed a replacement mother board, went to Golden Ring to pick one up, returned, put in the mother board and all was well! All employees were pleasant and sincerely concerned about restoring our heat I have found through the years that Level employees are most kind, considerate and efficient!
Level Home Services is a professional, knowledgeable company which never disappoints Each and every technician who has come to our home has been courteous, skilled, and extremely professional Today's technician, Josh L., arrived promptly, with a smile on his face and went immediately to work He worked quickly but thoroughly and completed our maintenance in a timely manner He asked if we had any additional questions before leaving Kudos to Level Home Services and the quality employees which represent them Level Home Services is our company of choice and will remain so
Josh Lfrom Level Home Services performed our annual maintenance check today He was personable and pleasant He was thorough in his explanation of our questions He spent a lot of time to check and service both heat pumps and their electric furnace counterparts
Also, the home office called to let us know that Josh would be late - there was an abundance of emergency calls due to the cold weather We appreciated the service we received from both Josh and the home office
We would like to request Josh in the future, if at all possible
I am 67 years old and have had many Service People in my homes. Aaron [redacted] is absolutely one of the best I have ever seen. He politely greeted us and went about his work. He was very concerned about not damaging anything.He was extremely caring and careful. He went above and beyond, as far as I am concerned, in cleaning up water that was on the floor from a clogged condensate drain. He thanked me for helping him with lighting the dark area in which he had to work and was extremely appreciative of any help I was able to offer. There should be more Service People like Aaron. He is GREAT!
